The front desk manager was rude and disrespectful, displaying very unprofessional behavior. They even suggested the customer leave for another hotel if they were treated better elsewhere. This lack of professionalism does not match the quality and excellent location of the hotel.

Room quite large and clean even if the equipment is a bit old. Nice for a short stay. Friendly staff. Small pool but does the job. Good location about ten minutes drive from the Burj Khalifa.

Very nice, clean hotel. Breakfasts are great (European cuisine, local cuisine, freshly squeezed juices, waffles with cream, salad bar and much more). The pool is very clean and warm. The staff is helpful, friendly, made our stay unforgettable. The location is normal, if on foot, then about 30 minutes to the metro or 45 minutes to Dubai Mall, by car it is generally close to the center. The area is beautiful, quiet, clean. We will definitely return to this hotel again!
