The hotel is in walking distance to the JBR Beach and Marina. About 15/20 minutes, the hotel provides a regular bus shuttle if you are not up fir the walk. The staff where welcoming, professional and helpful with any queries we had about the hotel, getting around. Muhammed the tour organiser helped us book two excellent tours, half day tour of Dubai catered to our wishes and the VIP trip to Burj Khalifa. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. restaurant on site lots of choices for breakfast buffer and evening meal.Easy to get to Dubai Central. I woukd stay here again.

Location is extremely good, just way on the center of Marina beach with lots of shops and restaurants surrounded by. The only disadvantage will be the facilities are a bit old.

Nestled in the heart of Dubai Marina with unparalleled views across the waterfront, InterContinental Dubai Marina is a great place to stay. Upon arrival, Gracie, who works at the front desk, provided excellent customer service and helped me join the IHG members club, which came with a 25% discount on meals in the hotel restaurant. The concierge desk also provided excellent customer service. They ensured all the luggage was well handled during check-in and check-out. I also had a minor accident in my hotel room, where I dropped a cologne on one of the glass-covered tables, and the whole glass on the table broke. The hotel staff prioritised safety and moved me into a new room with a fantastic view without paying extra costs. The hotel is also conveniently located. Many good restaurants, Spas, and spots like HeliDubai, SkyDiveDubai and Yacht rental places are within a 15-minute taxi ride. To get downtown, you need about 30 minutes or so, which is still great, and there are always taxis at the front door, making moving around easier. Superb hotel! Lovely rooms and facilities. Great variety for breakfast. Amazing views. Best spa!! The free parking for us was also an advantage at such a premium location. The lobby area was classy and had a fun aura to it. The staff was always happy to help and were super smart. Definitely would book again. The only drawback was the construction work literally all around the premises. Even at the pool area. I understand it’s out of the hotel’s control but that’s the only reason why I’d give it 4 not 5 starts. The hotel itself was amazing. 👌🏼

Thank for a good memorable stay. The hotel deserves 4 star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ rating. It has very soft luxury vibe and the staff are so welcoming and polite. I was not able to book taxi and they book it for me with their phone. There are lot of discounts that are there is thre restaurant. Only one problem, Elevator is not enough because too much late. But room very nice and comfortable. I definitely coming back again

I really liked the hotel. It has its own large territory and sun loungers quite close to the sea, which is rare for JBR. The beach is sandy. There are crabs in the water. As for the HB food, there were excellent Ribeye steaks for dinner. Also, only on trip.com did I see a 3-hour drinks program for HB. For literally $20 a day extra for HB for two, they open access to the bar for 3 hours from 4 pm to 7 pm with a limited selection of quality alcoholic drinks and cocktails. There is construction. They warn about it in advance. But it didn't bother us at all.

Honestly, I cannot be happier with Jumeirah Living Gate and all about it. I was looking for something relatively long-term to stay in Dubai, yet I wanted to have hotel vibes and all the amenities in place. Jumeirah Living Gats is a super new place, they opened only in September 2020, so I truly love NEW Furniture, and overall the design and the vibes of the place. They do have everything you need: great swimming pool with a heated little pool, sundeck, a business lounge, a great gym + sauna and hummum. Nearby you have a great walking promenade (super rare for Dubai), 2 (!) supermarkets, a coffee shop, a shopping centre nearby, a healthy cool restaurant in the building. At the same building, there is a king's college London hospital - so you can get your covid test before flying, they have a manicure and all these beauty treatments in the same building too, so - there is even no reason to go out))) To me one of the most important aspects is PEOPLE. and I must say at Jumeirah Living Great the whole team is AWESOME. Everyone - super polite, super helpful, smiley and you truly feel like at home. I never had a similar attitude somewhere else. I had some questions on arrival - everything was resolved within seconds. Thank you to the whole team! In particular (I wrote down some names, but not the whole list!) Jimmy, Naval, Muhhamad from the sales/management team. Rabina, Jarkyn from the reception Robert, Bilal, Sanjoy from customer service/reception Business Lounge: everyone is great too super attentive to every client and do everything beyond expectations. I remember Josephine, Ali, Rizmi, thank you guys, and the rest of the team too! I am back in a week time and look forward to it.

The check-in experience is poor. If the overall score is considered, it would be unqualified. It would be about 2 points. But the hotel's facilities and decoration are very good, so the price is so high. But the transportation is very inconvenient. The twin family room booked is large. The single-bed room we were given when we checked in was small in size. We were told that the room we booked was not available. My friend and I went to breakfast. The hotel staff led us to a table. We just sit down and suddenly, a waiter rushed to us and shouted rudely”this table is reserved!” My friend and I were astonished, did not know what happened. Then he made us leave and left us scared. Luckly a nice young lady noticed us, and came to ask what happened and then led us to another table. We asked the young lady- why breakfast table was reserved? We've never heard of it~~ She didn't reply directly. But even though the table was reserved indeed, the waiter could have tell us calmly, we would understand without any doubt. No need to shout out of malice. We went to the restaurant for breakfast. The waiter took us to a table and sat down. As soon as we were seated, a male waiter rushed out and said very savagely that this table was reserved and forced us to leave our seats. My friends and I were stunned and stood there dumbfounded without knowing what was going on. Fortunately, a young waitress saw us and asked us to sit down at another table. We asked: Do you also have table reservations for breakfast? The waiter didn't answer directly. But even if the table was actually reserved, the waiter could have said it nicely and there was no need to be so malicious. This is a hotel with terrible service and the room rates are so expensive it's not worth it. Will never come again. Personal lessons for your reference

The location was good near the metro and the park n shop, the staff are very very helpfull and understanding, I really liked the people here. Its a little loud at night with the ktv but not terrible.
