Ramada by Wyndham Bolingbrook

Clean and comfortable. I would have given a five rating if the bathroom door didn’t have closing issues. Staff were friendly and efficient at both check in and out. It was nice to catch laundry up as they have the facilities on site. Just 5 minutes away is the famous Route 66 “White Fence Farm” restaurant serving up their signature chicken dinner. Highly recommend having dinner here.

The accommodation was pleasant and tidy during our six nights there. I would suggest the hotel, albeit there are pros and cons: Pros: spotless, pleasant atmosphere, friendly client service, wifi and coffee 24/7 Cons: They don't refill anything during breakfast, which is from 6:30am to 9:30am, if your early only then you might have more options. Once when I inquired about room service, the elderly receptionist was rude to me telling me that it cleans every other day even though it wasn't stated anywhere. She told me that I can take trash bags and leave the trash outside the room, which was fine but she could have been polite. Other thing is that you have to ask for and go to the desk to receive fresh coffee sachets and cups because room service doesn't provide them. My point of view is that staying in a hotel is pointless if I have to do everything myself.

My one night stay at Ramada was great. Clean rooms really comfortable. The bathroom was very clean. I can really appreciate that... I must say that I would definitely stop back in Bolingbrook and choose the Ramada

Location was not close to any resturants and not in a walkable area. BUT the staff is amazing and the rooms were renovated and clean.

The ramada by far is the place to stay they are swift dilgent and reasonable always is a pleasure !!

Very nice helping people , clean and quiet easy on easy off interstate 55 , i will recommend this hotel to my friends and family . If you ever in Chicagoland stop by Ramada in bolingbrook , affordable rayes convenient location great people

Of the four days that I was in the place, the last three were horrible since there were other guests next door, I think from India and they behaved very badly and I couldn't be quiet in the room, let alone sleep at night.

Terrible service terrible check in head my warning do not stay here nothing good about this property Will never stay at a property like this again. Completely turned off by Wyndham and they did nothing to rectify the situation.

This location was convenient to the athletic center we were playing at. That was a plus. The rooms were dated, and not much space between the bed and desk chair to maneuver around. Sink fixtures old. Bathroom sink water doesn't get cold. Breakfast OK, although on a weekend day there was no coffee at 7 a.m., even though breakfast is 6-9 a.m. Desk clerk shrugged and said it might be made by 7:30 a.m., but that was well after we needed to be at our destination. No paper plates or napkins out to use, so I went in the drawers and found some. Not sure what would happen when they ran out. Same with the waffle spray. Front door locked from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. so you have to pick up a foyer phone and ask to be let in. Can't even be let in with your key card. You have to move this giant luggage cart to get to the phone to ask to be let in. Front desk still has acrylic between it and customers, so it seems impersonal. Wasn't thanked or asked how our stay was when we checked out.
