This is a nice location, beautiful views, and I liked that compared to ither hotels it was big, having separate bedroom, living room and complete kitchen. All was good until we got a message telling that there was a noise complain apparently from people below us. This building must have serious construction issues, I have been in so many different hotels and places all around the US, Europe and the Americas, I have been victim of many really noisy people, and they complain about noise here? Is going to the restroom an flushing a noisy issue? Or a very normal talk, or watching TV, BTW at low level, so noisy for them? What kind if cheap construction is this? Even when it is a nice place I won't be coming back here. They should stop renting.

I have stayed here a few times to play golf. Great location for Gamble Sands, Alta Lakes, Bear Mountain and Lake Chelan courses. Very nice condo like units with full kitchen, separate bedroom, decent couch, grilling area/hot tub/pool area, and amazing views out the back. Putting/chipping green right behind hotel. Interesting golf course with all the ups and downs. Only bummer was the GPS didn't work on most carts. Stuff occurs. Best thing was no resort fees or cleaning fees. Better deal if you are golfing at their courses.

Should have upgraded our room with a lake view. Rooms are all being renovated which will make a big improvement. Had some plumbing issues that took a while to fix. Service is prompt and courteous. Book April and later if you want to golf. Rates were fair.
