Great hotel near the airport lovely spa and also outdoor pool area. Beds comfy with nice soft pillows lovely gardens and free parking . Good breakfast to set you up for the day. Close to airport I recommend hiring g a car as taxi into Verona costs 30 euros each way

Abbiamo soggiornato nella "Presidential Suite " bellissima camera, con vista sulla piscina, ma per essere il Top della camera il terzo letto non era adeguato, UN DIVANO fatto passare per letto, scomodo..! inoltre per una stanza del genere nessun presente di benvenuto in stanza , come avviene in altre location, soprattutto per una camera del genere, nessuna bottiglia di vino (non penso che manchi vista la presenza della gestione di "Signor Vino" o di frutta per gli ospiti, sono dettagli che fanno la differenza. Altra novità, appena arrivati hanno chiesto di essere pagati subito per tutto il periodo del soggiorno, non era così nella precedente gestione, cosa pensano che gli ospiti non pagano o che scappano via? Soggioriamo da diversi anni in questa struttura ...! Ma l aspetto peggiore è la gestione del ristorante totalmente in mano a signor vino, lunghe attese per essere serviti in attesa della comanda , il personale migliore è andato via, abbiamo chiesto un calice di vino Amarone, mai arrivato...! Se non dopo lamentele, in passato la gestione interna era un punto di forza il ristorante, qualità nei prodotti e professionalità nel personale. Nel complesso è peggiorato, inoltre manca di dettagli nella gestione che, una struttura del genere deve avere, i clienti vengono in vacanza, spetta alla struttura farli sentire nel miglior modo possibile. Unico aspetto positivo e la gestione nella zona della colazione con il suo personale gentile alle richieste e professionale. Peggiorato.

L'hotel è molto bello, con un bel giardino e una splendida piscina all'aperto dove trascorrere momenti di completo relax La nostra camera appartiene alla categoria "classic", arredata con grande cura ed elementi di design Molto ampio anche il bagno con doccia davvero comoda Abbiamo pranzato al bar della piscina, piatti adatti alla situazione, buono anche il bar dell'hotel dove abbiamo fatto un aperitivo nel bellissimo cortile interno Buona e varia la colazione Il personale è cordiale, professionale e sempre sorridente Il costo della camera è coerente con i servizi che offre la struttura Abbiamo trascorso un bellissimo weekend, ci torneremo

Vengo almeno 2 volte l'anno in questa struttura molto bella, credo un vecchio casale con bellissima corte interna e a pochi km da Verona.Ottima la spa con annessa palestra e per chi volesse anche piscina all'aperto. La consiglio in quanto in posizione strategica per chi volesse scoprire le zone limotrofe.

Stato oggi pomeriggio piscina bellissima! Servizio bar della piscina molto scadente! Chiedo un prosecco mi danno un Trento doc al prezzo di 7'50 al bicchiere perché non avevano prosecco aperto! Dicendomelo dopo ! Più tardi chiedo delle birre mi rispondono che in frigo ne hanno solo due pago in contanti e mi guardano anche male perché non avevano resto ! Peccato ci tornerò ma sperando in un servizio bar e personale meno scorbutico !
