Comfort Inn Airport Dorval

The stay was a disappointment. They provided me with a bed and breakfast which was fine, but the room was incredibly hot. I went to the front desk who came to check on it after about an hour. Admittedly they were busy. He said the AC wasn't plugged in. He tinkered with it, plugged it in, and said it should work. It actually got a bit warmer. I took a photo of the thermostat at night and again in the morning - still unchanged at 25C. I like it warm but this was really pushing it. I spoke with a lovely woman at the front desk who explained they have new systems and not all the staff know how to use them. I inquired about a partial reimbursement and she said I have to work with Trip.com. I reached out to Trip.com who contacted management. The manager first said I didn't talk to staff (I was able to provide full descriptions). Then he/she questioned my ability to work a thermostat. With the 3rd attempt, he said it was working and it was user error. I don't dispute it could work given the explanation by the woman at the front desk, but they couldn't make it work for me and the room was uncomfortable. Because of the manager's dismissive stance to a reasonable concern, I would recommend caution when booking this property.

They cancelled our reservation because they couldn't provided the parking that we had booked and paid for months in advance! They try to transfer us to Pointe-Claire, 40 min from the airport! Will not recommand.

I only stated one night and moved to the other YUL Comfort Inn. The girl who checked me in was not super polite and my room came complete with a mouse!!! I MIGHT have overlooked the mouse if my room had been properly cleaned and the girl at the front desk seemed completely un-phased by my mouse complaint. I did not try to breakfast in the morning as I was concerned about the cleanliness of the kitchen but it did not look to have a lot choices.

Clean hotel. Staff at reception are friendly and helpful, but speak little French. Room was clean and quiet. Air conditioning worked well. Take note that though they are close to the airport, they have no shuttle service. I used the park and fly option, (150$) for a week. Very secure parking installations.

We had booked this hotel as we had a late arrival from the UK. The desk staff were so pleasant, and the room clean with a lovely comfortable bed, which we fell into after a ten hour journey! Excellent breakfast choices either continental or cooked. A great hotel for a nights sleep!

Clean and efficient. Nice staff. But ultimately this is a tiny, mediocre hotel, with minimal services and they charge a fortune for it, all because it within a few minutes of YUL. Same trip we stayed in MIA - same thing - one night, even closer to airport (than in YUL) and paid less than half what we paid in YUL. In MIA it was a much, much bigger room, a great deal quieter, more nicely appointed, better room coffee, a pool, walking distance to a few restaurants, plus a restaurant onsite...again for less than half what we paid at this Comfort Inn in Montreal.

Very clean and quiet. Would stay again. I stayed on the 2nd floor and had to climb stairs as there isn’t an elevator. The bed was very comfortable and the drapes made the room so dark that I actually overslept.
