We enjoyed the rooms and the breakfast was nice. However, we were there on a very hot day until the lack of air conditioning was difficult for us to get a good night sleep. Unfortunately, we are used to air conditioning so this was difficult. The Dyson fans they provided Were helpful, however .

Hotel liegt mitten in der Innenstadt, alles gut erreichbar. Zimmer ist groß, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Frühstück ist sehr vielfältig und super. Personal ist nega freundlich und hilfsbereit. Parkplatz direkt im Innenhof zubuchbar.

Eenvoudig, maar net hotel. Centrum, winkels, etc. op enkele minuten lopen. Goed ontbijt. Heel vriendelijk personeel. Hotel heeft een kleine binnenplaats met beperkte parkeergelegenheid tegen betaling. Heel prettig. Vooraf reserveren. Wij hadden een 2 en een 1-persoonskamer. De 1 p. kamer was kleiner, maar ook voordeliger.

I stayed at this hotel with my son when we travelled to watch the Dortmund v Celtic Champions League match and I would recommend it to anyone. It’s located a short walk from the train station and is very close to the city centre. The room we had was spotless with a very comfortable double bed and fantastic shower. We were staying for 2 nights and had breakfast twice - the coffee was lovely and lots of choices of breads, cheese, cold meats and fruit. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, even printing off our match tickets for us. A perfect boutique hotel which we would definitely return to, given the opportunity.

The Grey is an awesome hotel, from the comfy beds to the super clean rooms and wonderful breakfast ! I felt safe and well looked after. The staff are super helpful and friendly even though I only speak English ! It is convenient to the main train station and town centre - I would definitely recommend to friends and family! I will be back soon.

Das Hotel versucht, High End zu vermitteln, aber es hapert an vielen Kleinigkeiten, die dann halt auch stimmen müssten. An mehreren Stellen platzt Putz ab, was schade ist, Wasser wird beim Frühstück nicht nachgefüllt, Plastikblumen passen nicht ins Designhotel… Aber davon abgesehen war alles in Ordnung. Die Bäder waren toll und alles sehr sauber. Bis auf den Nachtportier auch alle sehr freundlich. Toll waren die Waffeln zum Frühstück, schöne Idee!
