"We stayed from 04/ to 16 August in this property located in a panoramic position near the famous Ispinigoli cave. Our experience was more than positive starting from the abundant breakfast, with a wide choice of both sweet and savory products at K.m 0 served on a panoramic terrace from which to enjoy a fantastic view of both the lush Mediterranean scrub and the Gulf of Orosei. On the same terrace in the evening we dined with excellent traditional Sardinian cuisine, of a high quality level, we tried the whole menu and we did not find a dish to not recommend. The hotel is family run where availability, kindness and courtesy are the masters. A special note must be dedicated to Mr. Pietro, a person who we could define as out of the ordinary, a truly exquisite person. To conclude with a few minutes by car you can reach some of the most beautiful beaches of the Gulf of Orosei. Highly recommended."

"Fantastic hotel. Stayed for 7 nights as part of a walking tour group. Rooms large and comfortable, with beautiful views from the balconies. Amazing roof terrace. Food was superb from buffet breakfast to 4 course dinners in the restaurant. Gardens and various art work. About half mile walk to village with shops and restaurants. Owners were really friendly and helpful."

"Not recommended! Pieces of hair in the room, full of ants, mosquitoes and flies. The rooms and bathroom are 2 stars, ancient hairdryer with pipe in the wall 🤦‍♀️, zero products for personal use. The very poor restaurant and lack of staff in the structure. The receptionist lady does not issue payment receipts for those who pay in Chas and she personally asked me for money for the drinks that I did not ask for, showing me her signature on my orders!"

"Great location and facilities nearby. You can park the car even in front of the hotel, on the blue line, 8 euro for 24 hours. We had a room in the attic, not so big, but cozy and all what you need for 2 persons. Good breakfast. The hotel had its own Gelateria and Restaurant. Definitely I recommend this hotel."

"We absolutely loved our stay at Il Nuovo Gabbiano. The location is fantastic, right next to the port and in the centre of everything. The beach is only a 2 minute walk away! The view from the balcony was incredible with stunning views of the sea and mountains. Despite it being right next to the port, noise was minimal. Breakfast was extra at €14pp each day however we chose to buy juice and pastries from the nearby supermarket to have out on the balcony every morning. The room was fairly big and contained a mini bar (only containing bottles of water) and coffee/tea making facilities. The hotel itself was clean and the staff were always friendly and helpful. There’s no parking, however we parked in the port across the road for €6 per day. We came later in the day so we managed to find a spot, it gets quite packed early morning. The hotel restaurant does great food, I would recommend the Sardinian ravioli with potatoes and cheese!"

The cleanliness of the rooms is excellent, the restaurant is of excellent quality with an abundant and varied buffet, the private beach is a stone's throw away but with a shuttle service always available. There is a family atmosphere: Mrs. Giannina and Mr. Luciano are always present, with discretion, and take care of all customers without distinction, like Andrea, Michela and all the staff. We highly recommend the Parco Blu Resort in Cala Gonone also because it is nestled in the Gulf of Orosei and cannot be missed! Until next time!"
