Where to begin! This hotel is honestly the best we have ever stayed in. From start to finish our experience was genuinely flawless. Everything is so personal, from your own Cabana on the beach to the wonderful staff remembering your favourite drink. The food is exceptional, changes every day and caters for every dietary need or preference possible. Thank you for making our honeymoon so exceptionally memorable. Special mention tk Ngasa, Siriak, Maulid and Jackson the super stars running the show from a guest standpoint. Chef Williams pasta was so good we actually thought he was Italian! We will be back! Plunge pool outside your villa, lunch on the beach and endless views of the Indian Ocean. What more could you want!

Wat een fijn verblijf, goede service en een prachtige plek. The Palms beschikt over 7 villa’s met alle een eigen plek aan het mooie strand. De staff en manager doen alles om je een top ervaring te laten ervaren. De villa is zeer ruim en zeer schoon. Met een eigen buitenbad. Het eten en drankjes zijn top. Speciale dank aan dokter Lilian.

We had a lovely time at the Palms as part of our honeymoon after a Safari. The resort was incredibly peaceful and relaxing. Rooms were spacious with a lovely, large and comfortable bed. Staff at the resort were very attentive and the food and drinks were absolutely delicious. We would definitely stay there again and recommend to family and friends.

This is a stunning hotel. Small, with only seven beautifully appointd villas with bedroom, large bathroom plus extra loo, sitting room at the entrance and a work room (should you want to!). A small private plungepool outside with lounging furniture leads you to a lovely pool and a pool restaurant. Own beach cabin overlooking the beach (though I didn't swim!). Completed by a sizeable "clubhouse" for cocktails, breakfast and dinner and where you can learn to play Bao! Everything in charming old-fashioned hardwood in a beautifully tended garden. Food excellent and perhaps of greatest importance - the staff who were all delightful and helpful. This is old fashioned style and comfort at its best!

We found the Palms to be an exceptional location for those looking for quiet and relaxation. The service was of a standard we had not experienced in Africa before. All elements of the accommodation and facilities were totally spoiling. We had a special celebration there and we got a level of care and attention that exceeded our expectations. The staff were super professional and friendly.

Wow what an absolute pleasure. The space and tidiness of the beautiful villas. The private plunge pool. The stocked up minibar, cocktails and delicious food. Everything was perfect. The Palms is a truly 5* All inclusive resort. There are only 7 private lodges all close to the beach with plunge pool at the lodge and all amenities catered for. Each lodge has a private cabana looking out to sea on the beach with sunbeds and towels privided. The food was exceptional, the chef will cater to any dietary requirements and all the staff are friendly and so helpful, they all go above and beyond to accommodate any of your needs. Siriak the Manager was so engaging always making time for all the guests. He even spent time teaching us how to play their local board game Bao. Thank you for a beautiful week in Paradise we hope to return

Hands down the most romantic, intimate and beautiful hotel we have ever been to. We could not have asked for a more personalized and intimate setting for us to enjoy the 2nd half of our honeymoon! From the incredibly kind people and deliciously well-crafted daily menus, to the amenities available on the neighboring sister properties, we enjoyed the best 6 days on this amazing hotel. We were able to get a couples massage (at the gorgeous and much larger property right next door) and enjoy their water activities but for the most part, we relaxed in our personal cabanas, pool, and ate til we couldn't eat anymore for every meal. We are already trying to figure out how we can come back with family/friends!

6 villas embedded in a beautiful garden. Great location - great service - very tasty food. Since there are only 6 villas there is a very individual service. The neighboring hotels can be used, so there are also 2 gyms available and of course other restaurants. Simply a wonderful stay!!
