The location is great and the rooms are very clean and modern. What makes the place stand out is the service from the staff - very helpful and accommodating. Will be staying there again.

Impressive service, sincere staff！ This is the first time I stay in here and I already fell in love with this hotel！Service at its best！ Staff in FO part by jackson were so nice, patient and friendly. Despite the long waiting line, staff still showed a great attitude and started some sincere small talks with every visitor. Big salute to best service ever seen. Dinner Buffet in Cafe, honestly, not the most delicious one, but the overall service in the restaurant was so outstanding. Staff here are welcoming, polite and professional. When some dishes were sold out, they usually refilled it with speed. And staff here were so active and willing to help. Don't have to say anything, they already approached to you and offered helps. Thanks to all the staff in cafe, didn't miss a single greetings or goodbyes. Loved it, so heart-warming. Plus, a little food quality related accident happened in the breakfast buffet. Staff deal with it immediately and seriously. I don't remember to ask your name, but I really appreciate your service and how you make sure everything settled down. Great thanks to you,Positive energy from staff shaped a chill and relaxing atmosphere here. The stay was so enjoyable and unforgettable. Recently renovated and they have done a great job - especially the lobby and restaurant. The rooms are large and well equipped but they are very mean with the tea/coffee giving just 1 small coffee sachet (enough for half a cup) but providing 2 cups. However, they are happy to send extra but in the standard of hotel you should not need to ask. RIP the mini bar - they used to have a great mini bar with snacks, wine/beer etc. Now it is a fridge with a couple of bottle of soft drinks. On the subject of alcohol - the old Carmens bar which had several pool tables and a relaxed atmosphere - has now closed and replaced with what is intended to be a lobby bar but looks more like a bottle museum. The lighting is way too bright for a bar - it's pretty much floodlight so if you want a nice cozy relaxing drink forget it. They have a trolley full of great booze tucked away in the side room - various spirits, liqueurs. They need to set them up on the virtually empty shelves and at least try and make it look like bar. Final gripe is the staff in this brilliantly lit bar have zero interest in what they are doing. Not a single smile or any expression of anything on both evenings I was there. Just a blank stare then back to the phone screen. The breakfast was excellent as were the staff - very helpful and smiley. Front desk were also great. However, to be considered of a International standard (they plan to join a major chain soon) they really need to improve spoken English

Always an excellent stay: great location and very convenient- close to everything- and super comfortable- hotel of choice for Dongcheng surrounds. BTW - best rooftop pool ever, and great buffet restaurant. Highly recommended.

Overall everything is so good, I guess that’s the best hotel / service apartment in Dong Guan. The staff in hotel are very nice and polite. Thanks the cleaning lady who help me to clean my room , she tidy up speedy and she have a very warm heart, . She found I am not feeling well during my visit. She gave me extra water and tell me to drink more water. Thanks for the lady in front desk 小謝，who being very considerate and polite. 🥰🥰👍👍

Perfect getaway from city life. The staff were friendly and the food options were good. There were fun activities set up for kids, in addition to that they have a trampoline park, kids pool, kids golf, kids arcade and an animal park. We had complimentary tickets to the Shenzhen resort but were not able to use them. The food options were good, and we could order from outside which was convenient because there was no convenient store in the resort. They have a Starbucks on-site I appreciated that a lot. Overall, I’d recommend this to my friends and given time we’d go again.

My friends and I stayed at Hyatt Regency during the marathon. Excellent location, situated next to the beautiful Songshan Lake. The hotel staff were amazing, helpful and enthusiastic with their job. The hotel itself was clean and welcoming, we enjoyed the hot and cold pool plunges as well as relaxing around the hotel.

Goodview hotel in Tangxia was an outstanding experience. I traveled there with my wife and daughter, and we had a great time. There were so many pools hot springs and activities (kids pool, waterslides), That we were exhausted by the third day there. The breakfast buffet was gteat, and if you can't find something you like, ask. They have just about everything! The dinner buffet is great as well. It's busy, so get there early! Again, lots of good food, and the grill is always cooking steaks, ribs, oysters, sausages, you name it. I can't wait for my next trip there, and a shout out to Sonu Singh for greeting us on arrival, and making sure our experience was a very positive one.

I recently visited the Hillview Golf Resort in Dongguan, and I must say it was a delightful experience. The rooms were spotlessly clean, the food was decent, and the staff members were incredibly kind and friendly. The swimming pool was refreshing and well-maintained, adding to the enjoyment of the visit. My family and I had a wonderful time, and we are already planning to return for more weekends here soon. Considering the quality of service and overall experience, I find the pricing quite reasonable. I wholeheartedly recommend this resort to my friends for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.
