酒店的設施配置較全，這包括語音控制房間的電器，包括自助洗衣房等。酒店的前台、保潔和餐廳服務不錯的，尤其是前台的秦女士待客熱情，積極解決入住方面的問題。酒店的早餐夠豐富，衹是去餐廳得爬18級台階，對上年紀的人多少有些不便。酒店的停車場很方便，不僅有地上，還有地下停車，極大地方便了自駕出行者。酒店周邊的就餐購物環境好，尤其是離萬達廣場挺近的，步行7～8分鐘就能到達。

新店，環境乾淨整潔，沒有任何異味，周邊離萬泉河很近，樓下餐廳環境超好，還能吃到特別好的清補涼醃粉，炒河粉，各種小吃味道超好👌

酒店和美豪公用大堂，但前台顯得有點簡陋。房間衞生不錯，但預訂時面積標明35平米明顯沒有達到，而且層高低，有2.5米嗎！住着感覺憋悶。而且放行李的架子或桌面都沒有。
