Where do I begin, checked in 10 minutes and were told to be quiet. Offered to move as this was off putting from the start and advised a girly night with our voices would not work for either of us! Told would be ok but put a dampener on our break straight away. The whole guest house was so dated and stank badly of grease throughout!! Breakfast acceptable accept for more digs about noise and this given we were in bed for 10pm! Getting ready to check out with 20 minutes to go and knock at the door to be reminded of check out, naw just a rotten experience, never ever be back!

Stayed at Atlantic guesthouse for a visit. Lovely comfortable and clean rooms. Made to feel very welcome. Breakfast Delicious. Right on the high street so easy access for all bars restaurants and sightseeing. Parking available or car park next to guesthouse and very reasonable.

I had a wonderful 5 night stay here. It was clean, conveniently located within walking distance to everything in town, delicious daily breakfast, and the owner is so sweet. They had different size rooms, some with even up to 3 beds, so I think it would be perfect for friends traveling together.

Stayed for 2 nights last minute break we had lovely stay the B&B is homely and a lovely open fire on which you could smell the turf burning in their cute sitting room were guests can sit and watch TV the bed room was lovely small but comfortable an old world feel which added to the ambience of the guesthouse the owners Greg & Lorraine are so helpful and friendly and the breakfast was delicious we will definitely book again

Central spot in the middle of the town. Perfect for when we visited nearby attractions. Loved the smell of the turf fire reminded me of my grandparents home. The breakfast was spot on and was devpured by us all. Will definitely return again on next visit to Donegal Town. Lovely and clean and homely.

I usually say “I’m on vacation; I’ll stay anywhere” but wow, did we find someone we will not stay. Gross is the best word I can find. Smelly, garbage bags on the windows. Nobody should pay for a room here.

DON’T BE DUPED! Smelly dated Property. Smell Resembles A frat house after a weekend party. Wound up not staying because of the smell and wouldn’t want anyone else making the mistake because they do take your money - no refunds

Visited the Atlantic for the recent Rory Gallagher Festival at Ballyshannon .The place was perfect for our needs as we were only there to sleep and eat breakfast ,basic accommodation though I don’t understand the negative reviews concerning shared bathrooms as some rooms are advertised as this, excellent freshly cooked breakfast and our hosts were very friendly and helpful.There is a small car park on site first come first serve basis.We have already booked again for festival next year
