Beautiful Hotel, great people. The only reason I didn’t give full stars was that the fridge in my room was not working and despite making a complain about it, nothing was done. They sent someone up and all he said was “it’s plugged in but it’s not working”

Upon entering the room, it was clear it hadn't been cleaned properly, with dirt left behind from the previous guest. The service was also quite poor; you practically had to beg for anything.

The elevator not working is annoying but the bed was comfortable and it was very quiet at night. I think the housekeeping staff must be working very hard and I’d like to congratulate them for that!

The hotel lifts have not been working for the past two days, and we are currently staying on the third floor. It has been extremely difficult for us to go up and down the stairs, causing significant inconvenience. To be honest, they did offer to move us to a room on the first floor, but there's a noisy club on the mezzanine level, making it hard to rest. Additionally, the stairwell has no ventilation and is extremely hot, which adds to the discomfort. We kindly request a cancellation and refund due to these issues.
Very bad I don't recommend anyone to stay on it .
