Il Personale che abbiamo incontrato è stato molto cordiale, ci hanno anche fornito molte informazioni utili su cosa visitare e come muoverci. Le camere sono molto carine e la colazione è stata davvero ottima. La struttura è vicino ad un centro commerciale.

L'hotel Dogana, è a conduzione familiare, è molto curato e pulito. Le stanze sono ampie perfettamente confortevoli e impeccabili, lo staff bè a dir poco eccezionale Samuel il receptionist è un giovane ragazzo molto professionale, cordiale simpatico e disponibile. Io e la mia famiglia compresa mia figlia piccola ci siamo sentiti come a casa, la colazione abbondante con il buffet ricco di vivande, cornetti caldi torte, crostate, ciambelloni e anche con scelta di cibi salati, i cappuccini e caffè preparati direttamente all'interno del loro bar ottimi. L'hotel è ben posizionato a pochi km da San Marino centro, da Rimini e nelle vicinanze ci sono centri commerciali facilissimi da raggiungere a piedi. Consiglio il Dogana perchè sicuramente vivrete un esperienza piacevolissima.

Hotel molto carino, situato vicino al confine con l'Italia in una zona un po'periferica. Ci sono vari ristoranti e centri commerciali nelle vicinanze. Personale molto gentile ed educato, unica pecca forse la colazione che non mi ha convinto del tutto.

excellent petit hôtel
Super hôtel avec un personnel très sympa et qui pour une fois pouvait me comprendre puisque parlait en français.séjour agréable, accepte les animaux et propreté irréprochable. Petit plus le petit restaurant attenant où on y mange très bien pour un prix raisonnable .

Needs renovation desperately
This is a no frills hotel that just about works. Everything is old. The air con did not work. The fridges in the room were poor. The aircon unit iflooded in our room and a roof tile fell whilst we were asleep. Whilst the staff were apologetic, it had obviously happened before. Samuel was very helpful.

Soggiorno breve per visitare San Marino
Abbiamo soggiornato una notte per poter visitare con calma la città di San Marino e devo dire il rapporto qualità prezzo è ottimo! La receptionist gentilissima, molto disponibile e ci ha dato una tessera per sconto parcheggi e negozietti del centro storico. Pulizia ottima, la camera molto spaziosa per noi 5 e la colazione molto buona.
