It's in an excellent location for us travelling for ice hockey. It has big grocery stores and tram stations within a few minutes walk. Also it has multiple food options within walking distance in the area. This time the accommodation wasn't all that clean including cutleries, glasses and cupboards. However with the very reasonable price with a lot of boxes ticked, I still would highly recommend this place.

I was really impressed with how clean and modern the room was. It was very spacious and felt very comfortable. The bed was very comfy and the room had all the facilities I could want. I would definitely stay here again. Location is pretty convenient as there’s a woolies downstairs and restaurants next to the hotel. Was a bit confusing to find at first.

The hotel itself is quite good. There is a shopping mall next door. Although there are relatively few shops to visit, there are still a few shops where you can buy some things. Downstairs are the Green Supermarket and Asia Supermarket, as well as a milk tea shop, pharmacy and coffee shop. There is a tram stop just a 5-minute walk away. Unfortunately, the week I stayed there happened to be a road construction and a tram line stopped. But it is absolutely no problem to go to the CBD. The hotel has a good sense of service and allowed us to delay check-out, but we didn't actively disturb the hotel every day. We actually didn't ask for any cleaning, only garbage collection, but one day it was missed, even though I had called the front desk to remind them to collect the garbage.
For those who need to take a taxi to and from the airport, if Asan’s driver asks if he wants to take the toll highway, be sure to say yes, otherwise he will take you to a detour on the free highway and give you a sky-high bill. As soon as he exited the airport expressway, there was a hotel, so he couldn't take a detour even if he wanted to.

Hotel staff are very helpful and accomodating. We really appreciate the early check in and a bit late check out. The room is excellent, modern and clean. Nice view. Very good location, grocery, pharmacy and shopping centre is just around, walking distance. Overall great experience. Thanks so much!

I don't know how the management of this hotel runs the place, but such a large jacket can just disappear. parking had issues as even tho we paid for it the scanning card never worked so had to go to reception everytime to refund the ticket every time we came or left the hotel. They offer rlly small shower gels and hand wash in a tube so it’s not sufficient. had to ask them 3 times to fix our door as it did not close. once we left our room keg inside our room and asked reception to give us a spare to get in and the guy was cranky and rude about it saying we already asked them twice when we didn’t. Rest the room itself is good
