After staying for the second time at Sheraton, I appreciated so much the kind staff (Ahmed, Hasna, Kadija I had the occasions to chat with). The team has been really professional and this is exactly what you expect during a business trip. Given the hotel offer in Djibouti, I consider it to be the best value for money there. Finally, I appreciated the restaurant menu since I managed to have always different and nice meals throughout the week (again this is far from being always the case).

Удобная кровать, комфортнвя атмосфера в номере, приветливый персонал. Комнаты убирают хорошо. Очень хорошо обслуживал Аятолла Джибути (Ayatola Jibouti) в ресторане. Он вежливый и старается угадать ваши желания. Также хороший бассейн с видом на море.

The team here is excellent and they are doing their best to make us satisfied. At lounge club, Said Saleh. At & more, Fatiha. At restaurant, Fatouma. I don't want to forget some person, all the team are perfect. Receptions, guest relation, house keeping. All.

Sheraton Djibouti earlier had a reputation for bad food but I found the hotel food to be fine. Hotel staff also really helpful. Unfortunately my toilet didnt work for 2 days and the sliding doorlock leading to outside didnt work because it was so old and this was supposidly a "renovated" room on the 1st floor. Pool area and gym very good.

very nice hotel staff specially hasna dembil and all the reception staff hassan taha ahmed mahoud soleiman lounge mahamoud elmi they lounge service great the guest relation man very helpful the restaurant staff make alot of eye contact and smile they also suggested a nice tour i really liked it the beach is private very few people there pool guy abdallah

Albergo in genere mediocre, camere non pulitissime, strano odore in tutte le sale. Tipico albergo stampo francese senza bidet e moquette ovunque di dubbia pulizia. L' esterno dell' albergo è imbarazzante. Il personale è poco presente e poco preparato.
