"L’hôtel est très bien décoré, avec beaucoup de goût, et la piscine est agréable. Cependant, il est regrettable que le personnel ne soit pas mieux formé, car le service ne correspond pas aux prestations de qualité que l’établissement propose. Bien que l'équipe soit chaleureuse et accueillante, le service est lent. Nous avons également constaté la présence d'excréments d'oiseaux autour de la piscine, ainsi que des assiettes et des verres qui traînaient au sol près des transats, donnant l'impression d'une piscine municipale, ce qui est dommage. On regrette que le regard du manager ne soit pas plus professionnel. Nous avons également été un peu déçus par un autre incident : la serveuse a oublié de noter une addition sur la chambre, et l’hôtel nous a ensuite contactés par téléphone pour nous demander de la régler. Ce geste manque de professionnalisme, surtout compte tenu du fait que nous avons déjà payé notre chambre. Ils auraient pu faire un geste commercial pour deux cafés et un jus de fruit,

I have stayed in the hotel for two weeks and below is my experience. The service is excellent and the staff is very cooperative in every step of your stay. They have a management who is able to listen to customers complaints and resolve the problem as soon as possible. Kudos to the team.

The hotel is amazing and super clean. The staff are very accommodating. Kelos was very accommodating and helpful. The facilities are fantastic specially the gym and the pool. The restaurant delivers variety of yummy food. Overall, my experience was great

This hotel is amazing, the staff are super friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend this hotel. Checking in was very easy and check out was very pleasant. The restaurant is top class. The buffet has a variety of tasty dishes and the pool is huge!

الفندق جيد والاستقبال كن جيد ونضافت الفندق جيدة وبالخصوص مدير الاستقبال كيرلس كان شخص لطيف التعاملوا جيد وخصوصا قسم الاستقبال والعاملين فيه كلهم حسن إدارتهم والتعامل جيد شكر لكل العاملين بالفندق والمطعم والاداره وكان الأكل را ئع. ويوافيه جميل

Very nice, modern hotel. Keroloss, the Manager, runs a very nice place with a great staff. He and his team work hard to ensure all needs are met. The one downside, for some travelers, there is no bar with alcoholic beverages. So, if a traveler is looking for a cold beer or cocktail, it won't be had at the Ayla. The concierge, Ghiam, is especially helpful. He can arrange many things, including airport transfers and taxis. I look forward to future stays at this beautiful property to enjoy the service provided by the outstanding team.

Currently the latest new five star hotel in Djibouti. Very pleasant interior. One restaurant. Beautiful pool and views out to the sea. The hotel does not have an alcohol licence. Large gymnasium and spa. Rooms all new and hotel has good conference facilities.
