Best holiday in djerba plaza Frist i want to thank the animation team they wear so good with us excepcional momo were too gentil with us , so our room it was beautiful as we saw it in the pics with nice view and really the food was so tasty and sea was so beautiful.

I spent 1 week in Aqua Resort Djerba Hotel with Family And friends. Children was happy. Was excellent Time. I can recommend it. Everything was perfect. Specjalizujemy thanks for Naila woman in black glasses in reception. She was very, very helpful. Everything what was necessary she done. She organised for me a doctor at night. Specially treatment. Saturday afternoon Pfarmacies was close she had called all placees where my medicament was possible to buy. Really I was in many places on Holiday but woman who good work like Naila was no often. A very wonderful and charming hôtel arounded with one of the Best workers helphul with the smile always , hôtel is very clean food is very Nice barman are very gentleman and polite ,one of the Best animation team that you can ever seen, they doing them Best to keep the Day active with different activities and of course we dont forget to mention the night party and shows each night ..thank you all for the wonderful time we splen here , for sure we came back

Hello everyone. This is not my first time staying at this hotel. What do I like? Beautiful large territory, good staff, always positive, remember regular guests. Strong animation team, managed by animation chief Amor. Excellent entertainment program for the whole day and of course an evening show. The restaurant has a good selection of food, the bar also has many different types of drinks. There are many cafes and restaurants outside the hotel, you can have dinner for an average price, about 70 dinars per person. I love this hotel and its team. Thank you, chief Amor, for not letting us get bored with the team.

Positive points: the location of the hotel in the of touristic zone close to shops, discos, restaurants and all amenities. In addition to the friendly staff who tried their best to make the hosts happy. Negative points: check in is very slowly it took for me over two hours even I got my reservation paid online and confirmed, they told me that they received nothing concerning my reservation and they said no rooms are available. It is clearly noticeable the segregation among customers in choosing blocks and rooms.

Don‘t expect anything more than 3 stars. The 3 stars clearly show in every aspect of the hotel. Food/ room/ entertainment. Food is a variety of random food that seems to be made of left overs from day before or lunch. No real theme or line is visible. You won’t starve to death but you aren’t excited for the meals. Which is however okay considering 3 stars. The coffee is delicious. room. Out of 7 days there was 3 days no electricity, the hotel wants you to wait in the room for the handyman. we wasted many hours sitting in a warm room waiting. Unfortunately the balcony door wasn’t secure and more time had to be wasted, waiting to get this repaired. The cleaning staff does their best to supply fresh towels daily and cleans regularly. However the condition of the shower is questionable & partly broken. Pool is clean but not in best condition. Prices for a save differ. We paid 1€ per day when another person paid 2Dinar per day. Working staff expect a lot of tips for their service. Specially at the bar and restaurant. If you want more than a 0.1l plastic cup, you gotta tip generously and frequently. Still no real dealbreaker but nothing that makes you excited. 3 stars. What was most annoying was the entertainment. There was simply no real Animation team. They walk around here and there and try to sell you Tombola tickets for 5€, or sell you shirts or drinks. The frequent program like darts or other games are just done with no real joy or even good equip, and the animation team doesn’t seem to enjoy the games at all. The evening shows are terrible. Very boring, no variety. Comedy and dance. You don’t miss out by going to bed early. Within the hotel there are tons of extra expenses waiting for you: Spa (Ali) and a tour guide (Fathi) Beware of these guys they are the ones for the „scams“ who will try to sell you absolute overpriced trips and spa offers. Same with souvenirs at the beach or the lobby shop or the nearby supermarket. They will do anything to make you believe you got a good offer while they rub their hands. Best is to buy souvenirs from the airport shop where it’s absolutely ridiculously cheap compared to the boutique. Make sure to bring enough sun Sunscreen, since they sell it for 25€ per small bottle. Overall you won’t die but it’s nothing special

I am quite disappointed by the quality of the rooms in this hotel advertised as a 4 star. The staff and manager are lovely and very helpful. The hotel itself is very beautiful and well located. But no air conditioning even in the executive suite even though I paid an extra €50 for 3 nights. The 1st night in a standard room was not worthy of a 4 star. Damaged bathtub, no support for the shower head, no telephone, a poor quality mattress, questionable cleanliness, in short, not what I expected. The restaurant is simple and the dishes are always the same, but it's good. For my part, I will not go back. Too bad once again the hotel is beautiful but the rooms are not great.

Restaurant services are Excellent 👌 under the supervision of MR Badii , An example of discipline, punctuality and perseverance. Clean hotel , Fresh and much variety meals , well maintained, remarkable Garden , huge to walk, practice sport and to feel comfortable during stay. Dreamful, small hotel right at sea This hotel is really something very special! Beautiful in the eastern style and furnished with much love for the detail. All is lightning clean! Eating is always fresh and very delicious. The entire staff is warm, dedicated and very delicate. Also on special wishes is received at any time (the manager Noureddine makes everything possible). It is constantly working to make it as pleasant for guests as possible. Thanks to everyone for my really perfect holiday! 💕I am very happy to be able to be a guest again in April and June..

The best holiday I had in forever! Everything was perfect, there was no time to be bored , there are a lot of activities this hotel and staff offers you . I was surprised how man activities there are for kids ! Amazing! The comfort and cleanliness are 10/10 . The quality of food is amazing as well. You can relax, do many sports and other activities. Everyone finds their own ways to enjoy. I 100% recommend this hotel for everyone!
