The room is clean and well kept. The best part is the big balcony or varhanda facing dense pophali garden. It's a cozy little place with very few rooms, but well maintained. The food was good and homely.

The stay was really nice, budget friendly, caretakers was available on demand. Food was hygienic and tasty. Room size was huge ***** with large balcony to chill with friends and family.

The room was spacious and nice
housekeeping was done only once during the stay
a. C was not working once on a sunny and humid day. We were able to watch the tv only one day as there was connection problem

Great Experience Overall! Room- Rooms are Clean, Luxurious with a King size Bed, TV's are equipped with Netflix!! Balcony/Patio has a nice view of Betelnut & Coconut Trees. Location- Location is really Good, you'll just need a 4-5 mins walk to get to the Beach. Food- Food was Delicious! Typical Konkani Food. The Owner & Host connect with you Personally to make sure your stay is Comfortable! There is a scope to improve in small things.......but, overall for the Price it's definitely a Great Choice, would Highly Reccomend!

It is a Good Option if you are looking for a stay in Diveagar. Location is Great...you will need just a 5 min walk to reach the Beach. Rooms are Luxurious & because of the big Sliding Windows there's Good amount of Natural Light coming in the Room. Only one Complain is that they need to work on the Service.
