Excelente servicio, hermosa vista, buena comida. Las habitaciones estuvieron limpias y muy cómodas. El lugar ideal para descansar fuera de la ciudad y no está muy lejos de Quito. Además se puede caminar por los senderos. En un día despejado, se puede observar el Cotopaxi y el Antisana.

El hotel es precioso. El personal no puede ser más amable. Los platos del restaurante buenísimos. Hay piscina temperada, hidromasaje, sauna. Circuitos de trekking dentro del hotel. Estuvieron pendientes de nosotros todo el tiempo. Las habitaciones son super espaciosas y tienen vista a ambos lados. Agua caliente y siempre abundante. Sin duda volveremos pronto. Juan Carlos es súper amable y siempre te orienta sobre todas las actividades, incluso las que están fuera del hotel como la caminata a la cascada Condor Machay que es hermosa. Todo fue perfecto.

Stayed , regrettably, only one night on our tour of Ecuador. Hotel is perfectly located in the shadow of the Cotopaxi volcano affording some great views. The hotel is beautifully furnished and laid out . The room was large and well equipped with a lovely bathroom. Super fast Wi-Fi and an open fire lit by staff in the evening, 2 huge comfy beds. The owner , Juan Carlos , is very charismatic and endlessly helpful. Whilst there I was ill ( nothing to do with hotel, altitude sickness that was already gestating when I arrived) the manager himself no less came to the room with dry toast , water and advice significantly aiding my swift recovery. Breakfast is made to order and served at the table , it looked great and all who had it confirmed so . The staff all lined up to wave us off in the morning. Highly recommended.

It was a Sunday morning in the Andes. The gathering of family went for a 3 mile hike in the Andes at 11,500 ft. A sea level gringo, I took my time and brought up the rear. Glorious views tempered by a tad too thin oxygen. As we turned the corner for the end, what appeared before us was the wonderful hotel. With a broad vista view of 22 volcanoes, our efforts were rewarded by hot specialty drinks and sweets. What an amazing hotel with views that will take your breath away and oxygen levels that may do the same.

He enjoyed a wonderful experience as a family of four, staying in this hotel for two nights. We ventured on a nearby hike for three hours, and also took a horseback riding tour for one hour. We really love the exceptional choice and food quality in the kitchen. And a highlight certainly was the best house with a hot tub, sauna and steam room.

Todo estaba muy bonito, la atención de su personal es excelente. Le bajé un punto por la comida, sobre todo en las carnes que no nos entregaban como habíamos pedido y el servicio de demoró mucho.
También la camas y las almohadas estuvieron muy duras.

Magnifique hôtel géré par Juan Carlos, tellement accueillant et disponible. Nous avons passé 3 nuits magnifiques (petite acclimatation nécessaire la première nuit à cause de l'altitude, je conseille d'y rester au moins 2 nuits). La vue est magnifique ! directement sur les volcans et principalement le Cotopaxi. Il fait un peu froid dans l'hôtel car pas de chauffage mais avec la cheminée dans la chambre c'est très agréable. Même la piscine possède sa propre cheminée ! Nous avons très bien mangé également. Le seul point moins bien est le chemin d'accès... il faut avoir le coeur bien accroché ! Mais sinon c'est vraiment un endroit merveilleux ! et merci encore à Juan Carlos qui a rendu ce séjour inoubliable ! ainsi qu'à Luis qui nous a régalé de ses bons plats !
