Great view , fresh air the hotel located 4km from the town have buses also near to hotel 1hr walking you get great views some local shops ,

Good and friendly service but there was no pool while it was advertised that there was a pool, the beds were pretty bad, no AC, no tv (in some rooms), the door of the balcony was half broken. Overal it’s a bit too expensive for what you get.

Recientemente viajamos a Armenia y exploramos varios lugares y ciudades de este hermoso país. Pasamos una noche en el hote Casanova Inn en la ciudad Dilijan, una ciudad rodeada de una naturaleza impresionante. Tuvimos la suerte de alojarnos en este hotel, que era limpio, de reciente construcción y no estaba abarrotado, perfecto para relajarse y disfrutar de nuestra estancia. El día antes de nuestra llegada, había estado lloviendo, así que cuando llegamos, todo estaba fresco, limpio y asombroso. Exploramos la ciudad y sus atracciones. Justo cuando regresamos al hotel, comenzó a llover. La lluvia ligera hizo que la experiencia fuera aún más romántica y hermosa. Una joven educada manejó nuestro proceso de registro sin problemas. Disfrutamos de deliciosa comida local en el acogedor restaurante al aire libre del hotel, saboreando la vista mientras estaba cubierta de niebla. Después de una noche de sueño confortable, nos despertamos con una vista fascinante e inolvidable. El desayuno se sirvió en una hermosa y espaciosa sala que parecía una casa histórica, decorada por una familia que ama el arte. Recomendamos encarecidamente este hotel. El dueño del hotel, el personal del restaurante y el equipo de reservas fueron todos amables y acogedores.

Hotel a gestione familiare, con camere spaziose dal gusto retrò. La sensazione è di essere in una bella casa di altri tempi, con una sala piena di quadri, libri e ricordi e un bel giardino con patio. Abbiamo anche cenato per due volte, piatti semplici ma gradevoli. Un ringraziamento a Hayk per il servizio e l assistenza firnita per una gomma sgonfia della nostra auto

I cannot say enough good things about my wonderful stay in Dilijan, and it was because of the excellent hospitality provided by Casanova Inn. The place is so charming and peaceful, and the meals some of the best anywhere. The staff was so friendly that I did not feel I was in a hotel, I felt I was at home with family. They care about each of their guests and go out of their way to provide the best Dilijan experience possible. The owner, the managers, the workers all were top notch. Friendships were formed, and I did not want to leave. We had many nice talks, and they even arranged an unforgettable excursion with barbecue high up in the mountains. This was a real highlight of my entire trip. I would return to Casanova anytime and recommend it highly!

Excellent, supportive communication before and throughout our visit made everything very straightforward, and the staff went out of their way to accommodate all our needs. The rough track to the hotel is easily bypassed by going a slightly longer route that all taxi drivers know. We were given an extremely comfortable room, with lots of space and the amazing view that everybody mentions. So fortunate to have beautiful weather we had all meals out on the balcony - everything was delicious and plentiful. There are many walks from this area and plenty of places to visit by taxis which are well-priced. Thank you for giving us a wonderful escape-hole from work!
