Very good experience, the hotel is clean, quiet, the breakfast is good, the surrounding environment is elegant, and you can walk along the coast after dinner

Excellent hôtel ! Le personnel est chaleureux et d'une grande gentillesse. Les lits et les oreillers sont hypers confortables et les chambres sont d'une propreté impeccable. Les déjeuners sont très bon aussi. Merci infiniment pour l'accueil !

Very Bad hotel, unprofessional staff. rooms were dirty. no service even after we requested. upon check-in , we found room dirty. staff is very rude . we requested room to be cleaned as it was dirty, but no one bothered to clean it. upon complaint staff started having bad attitude, like i was asking for a refund instead for cleaning the room.

We had 2 days stay so we requested front desk for house keeping service since we traveling with kid but they denied on request said we had to follow with housekeeper after that we had to requested to change towel atleast & take away garbage but gave us Dirty Towels with hair & no one replaced garbage they didn't had garage bag otherwise we would have removed bag & changed it .shower door wasn't able to closed properly so water is all over floor .

If you are looking for the best of best in moncton. I will definitely recommend this hotel. Staff members were awesome, breakfast is good, room condition is great and view from the rooms are excellent views.
