環境：房間正對着扎尕那的山峯和仙女灘，坐在屋裡就能看風景
服務：老闆人很好，招待很熱情
設施：十月來天氣很冷了，熱水器稍有點不夠用，其他都很好

民宿位置沒得説，但第二天早上大霧沒看到日出，很遺憾。小妹妹跟阿姨都很熱情，有禮貌。就是沒見到老闆，全部都是電話溝通的，剛去遇到停電了，本來想在店裡吃口飯，結果吃不了。新開的店，還需要改進的地方有很多，這個價位，應該給客人準備點兒迎賓小零食，或者禮品吧。希望老闆繼續努力吧。

房間很棒，裝修挺有特色，設施也較齊備，床睡着很舒服，衞生乾淨，房間觀景非常棒，雨天雲霧繚繞，如同仙境，服務也很熱情，就是天涼了，應該主動配備採暖設備就更完美了。

朋友家人國慶出遊訂了三個房間，大家一致認同房間景觀可以説是扎尕那最好，離達日觀景台也只有幾步路。老闆很好，還根據我們需求幫忙換了一個景觀更好的房間。前台小姑娘也勤快，需要的物品很快就送到。酒店房間都有露台，二樓屋頂也有一個大露台，坐在露台喝茶啥太陽都非常愜意!

房間視野非常好，陽台看風景更是愜意，雖然陰雨天，但看不到日出可以看霧繞山間，另外，大大的投影儀看投屏太爽了……
設施：很完備，一點小點綴還很有悠閑的意趣
衞生：整潔無暇，連陽台地板都很乾凈
環境：一流的觀景視角
服務：貼心且有愛，怕晚上下雨會驟降温，主動送了個暖爐上來

不知道怎麼説，就是很滿意很滿意，員工都很親切，很接地氣兒，酒店吃了兩頓都很不錯，除了浴缸不建議大家用，其他都很滿意，不管是備品還是房間都很棒，早餐因為走得太早沒吃上，廚師幫打包的也忘記拿，老闆還給我退了早飯錢，真的是非常走心了，會推薦給所有來扎尕那的朋友們。

根本就沒有服務意識。第二天甚至都沒打掃衞生，早餐更是品種極少，白菜稀飯餅子，沒有了。早上退房，七點二十八分，七點半就該開餐的早餐廳沒有動靜，問從裏面出來的服務員，直接告訴你時間沒到，還啪的一聲把門關上。如此服務也是讓人無語了。

服務超級周到。有任何問題 找到工作人員 都非常熱心 耐心幫忙解決。 環境也非常的美。房間的景觀也巨漂亮。美到更本看不過來。特別坐在露台的遮陽傘下 超級歉意舒服。下次還會想要下去
