Terrible go elsewhere :( for some reason I have to leave 200 min characters to leave a review so here it is, place is terrible everyone rude do not waste your money coming here definitely not worth it. Terrible terrible terrible awful place..

Otel çok güzel hem ferah hem her şeye rahatlıkla ulaşılabilir , deniz plajı mükemmel. Havuz çok temiz , yemekler mükemmel tatlılarına siyecek kelime bulamıyorum. Hijyene çok önem verilmiş. Fb personeli güler yüzlü, tecrübeli ve çok hızlı. Özellikle deniz alacarte bölümündeki Hasan bey çok hızlı ve özenli çalışıyor

Спасибо большое за замечательный отдых! Большой выбор вкусной еды и напитков, развлечения вечером как для детей так и для взрослых, большая территория отеля с несколькими бассейнами и своей территорией на пляже. Замечательные кабаны с обслуживанием и также частным бассейном, где можно почувствовать себя «далеко от людей». Чистые номера с красивейшими видами (брали номер с видом на море). А также очень отзывчивый и доброжелательный обслуживающий персонал, говорят как на английском, так и на русском, так что проблем с контактом не было!😊

This was our second visit this year and found it just has good has last time . The hotel food , cleanliness, and hospitality are great . My wife is disabled and has to use a walking frame . All the staff acknowledged her and were very helpful. Due to her disability it was easier to have lunch in the Elegance restaurant rather than the buffet when it was busy . Our a la carte waiter Omer was excellent he looked after us in every way . Also the supervisor in the main restaurant Umit looked after us . Thank you both . Our house keeper was always on hand to ask us if there was anything we needed. She also made us a lovely towel display. We enjoyed it so much has soon has we returned to England we have booked agin for next year .

We were generally pleased with the hotel. The food was diverse and delicious, suitable for every palate. Activities for children were quite sufficient. Only our air conditioner wasn't working. Other than that, cleanliness was sufficient and the staff was attentive enough. It may be preferred.

I liked the hotel very much. The employees were really friendly. The staff was also very attentive and helpful. The food was delicious. The hotel's pool was big and always clean. I plan to come back again because I liked this place very much. I recommend this place to everyone.

This year I came to the LAUR Hotel for the second time! It's nice to see how the hotel is getting better and better every year! Everything pleases your eyes and soul in this hotel: beautiful architecture and a well-organized territory : a huge swimming pool for children and adults, a water park with slides for fans of water slides, a separate water park for the youngest, a beautiful Infinity pool only for adults, an amphitheater and a huge number of bars and cafes, including a 24/7 A la carte The well-equipped pier, but the sunbeds there are paid, but nevertheless the view is beautiful. The food in all restaurants is very tasty. A wonderful selection of a wide variety of dishes in the format of a traditional buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner in the main restaurant, three restaurants operating a la carte and a variety of cafes and bars throughout the hotel. But the most important part of this hotel is the people who work there! Employees of all services, starting from the management and ending with a team of service personnel, perform their work at the highest level. Thank you LAUR.
