Manager was extremely gracious! My plans changed at the last minute and he allowed me to check out a day early and refunded the one night with no issues!!! Definitely recommend for service, location and cleanliness!

No deadbolts or chains on doors ineither room. They obviously know repairs are needed there was Paint over needed repairs and absent door locks. Over priced. It is Not a good value. The whole place Needs to be totally redone.

No matter how clean and updated the room is, if the bathroom has old fixtures and a painted tub, it doesn’t look clean or feel clean. Breakfast was a sweet roll and a cookie… definitely not a good way to start the day. Don’t advertise breakfast if not prepared to supply even the most basic breakfast fare.

We had reserved 2 rooms through ***********. for May 6th. Things came up and we canceled our rooms on May 4th. Through *********** you can cancel up to the day before checking in for free. NOT. The hotel then took the money even though it was canceled. When I spoke to someone they told me I did not cancel. On my way back out of town I stopped at Days Inn to show them the proof. The woman looked at me and said well we held the room so no refund. *********** is now saying they aren't going to refund the money either !!!!!!!! I will make sure i tell everyone I know not to stay there or to book through ***********.

Great place with great service would recommend highly for travelers going through the Dickson area. We stay to be closer to work sometime throughout the week and have great fast service, clean rooms, and decent breakfast.

Probably our 4th or 5th stay at this location within the last year, so we're happy enough to provide repeat visits. Clean rooms, close proximity to restaurants, friendly hotel staff. Reasonably priced.

This spot was better than expected. Hardwood floors/ tile in the room was welcome and everything seemed clean. Room was quiet and we slept well. This is a fairly basic hotel room but it checked the boxes of what were were looking for: clean, comfortable and everything worked. We were pleasantly surprised that the king room has a little couch and sitting area and table with chairs. Plenty of space to lay out our luggage and relax. Lady at the front desk was fabulous, great attitude. The office is in or adjacent to the Marathon gas station/store which is unusual but all seemed to work fine for our late-ish check-in (for a single night). We passed on the breakfast which looked rather basic. All told we were happy with the experience.

Friendly greetings when checking in. We selected a king bed non/smoking room. Room had a strong odor of room fragrance. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. We felt safe. Toiletries were minimum: 1 bar of soap, 1 bottle of shampoo and 2 paper cups for coffee/water. Coffee pot was cracked so never got an initial cup of coffee. Hairdryer did not work. Breakfast was coffee , juice and a sweet roll.
