The experience was extremely bad. The front desk staff was still unwilling to do house keeping after multiple communications. In the end, I contacted the sanitation staff to complete the cleaning. The air conditioner was so loud that I couldn't sleep, and the shower water was so small that it was difficult to wash cleanly.

This time I was on a business trip. The hotel is located in a brick bar and surrounded by an industrial area. It is quite safe. We stayed for 2 nights. We needed to go to the front desk downstairs to make an appointment to change towels. After making the appointment, we left a tip on the table. In the end, we returned to the hotel at night and nothing was changed. We didn't take the tip either. I guess they had a Korean tour group and were too busy.
