"Hotel refuse to give gst bill but adding gst in amount as per make my trip bill was tariff + gst now hotel claiming all amount as room tariff only so same i can not claim with my company it is direct loss of 1500- to me 2. Room service was pathetic i order dinner with water bottle but they only served dinner and water bottle provided after 2 hours."

"The hotel is on a good location with decent rooms, but it has a hall in its premises which hosts various functions like marriages etc. The day we stayed there was a ongoing marriage in the premises and as such the hotel was full of the baraatis and the cars. We struggled to find parking. The service was also slow as the staff was busy with the marriage party. It took more than an hour to get extra mattress. Also the additional sound due to the function meant little disturbance in sleep (though it was not very loud. I guess the hotel would be much better when there are no scheduled functions."
