The property location is great, besides the highway. Amenities are great, rooms are clean and exactly as the photos. High recommendations!

When we stayed here in the last year, the hotel was new and service was excellent with front desk guy suresh. Now this guy has left and room service become tortoise like. They have 2 services - tea coffee and room cleaning. One day we had to take help of swiggy after the hotel failed to serve morning tea even after taking the order. Otherwise it is safe for family stay.

Best hotel to stay, worth the money, helpful and polite staff

The staff is courteous. The check-in is smooth with no hassle. We had premium suite. The room has a good city view, is clean and very spacious. The only miss is the absence of a mini-bar and heater but it is bang for the buck otherwise.

My first visit to the city of dharwad-huballi - totally unknown yet the stay became memorable for the wonderful cooperative and helpful hotel staff. Special mention for manager mr sudip. So humble yet so caring. Rooms were new with all the facilities as stated in the mint voucher. 24 hour hot water excellent location next to sattur brats bus stand and walking distance from sdm dental college. This is a boarding facility but you can get food through hotel boy that apart, there are a lot of restaurants in the neighborhood. . Rooms and toilets were clean and being a new structure all are new and well maintained.
