Despite pointing out a stained toilet seat and rusted health faucet, the hotel claimed they were running full and didn't offer a resolution.
This property is well past it's prime - dust everywhere, musty towels et al. For the same price, we moved to Saj in the Forest nearby - would highly recommend everyone reading this review follows suit.

I came here every time .and I prefer only this beautiful resort with perfct polite n friendly staff....specially Mr Krishna handel all thia very smoothly n with perfection ....under the Guidance of Owner Mr Rajiv Itkelwar..... Osummmmmm Experience....

Very good property extramly very well maintained staff specialy thanks to Mr. Krishna ji genera manager and ashish ji during the stay they are very attending food was aosome thanks everyone for make my stay joyful definately I will visit again thanks

Amazing hospitality. Excellent food. Ashish and the staff was very polite and helpful. Rooms are clean and staff is supportive. Also they help with safari bookings. Indoor activities are also available. Also weekend activities like pottery. I would highly recommend this place

The photos are misleading. This property is 3 star with below standard services. Rooms are not clean, cobwebs everywhere, dusty, washrooms are horrible, property is not maintained. It looks like 1947 rather than 2024. The only saving grace is good food which is as per chefs choice. This is not welcome heritage property. Its a local resort.

If you are looking for the most comfortable and amazing property then this is the right place. Hospitality 10/10 Rooms 10/10 People 10/10 Food 10/10 Stay is very clean and rooms are exactly how they are in the pictures Must visit if planning a visit to pench.

It was nice stay there and we loved the food and hospitality! Staff is extremely good and cordial We enjoyed our stay And also they helped us with jungle safari on spot and it was so lively and surreal experience We found cheetas and feer with neelgai and lots more

It was a pleasant experience at the property. We were her ti enjoy our dinner which was served by Mr. Arvind Kolle and food was prepared by Mr. Vinod Salme. The service was superb and food was delicious. I would recommend everyone to enjoy the tast and service provided by this property

Best Service, Delicious food both veg & nonveg, All staff members from top to bottom are good. Their communication with customer is excellent. Location of resort is also good. Games facilities are available. Swimming pool is small but good one.
