Io e mia figlia di 8 anni abbiamo passato 3 giorni in questo hotel molto carino situato a due passi dalla spiaggia. La cosa che mi ha colpito di più è la gentilezza e la disponibilità del personale.un ringraziamento particolare va al ragazzo in cucina ( purtroppo non ricordo il nome) che è stato dolce e premuroso soprattutto con mia figlia che ha avuto difficoltà ad abituarsi ai sapori della cucina locale.😜

Advantages: 1) transfer to/from the hotel at a convenient time by speedboat (details discussed by email before arrival); 2) check-in within 10 minutes; 3) communication with the hotel occurs in what's up; 4) attentive and friendly staff; 5) variety of dishes (chose half board); 6) room cleaning every day + water; 7) hotel on a picturesque island with a diving center and various excursions; 8) bikini beach with free sun loungers and toilet.

Espectacular el hotel la atención maravillosa y la atención fue muy muy especial , el cumpleaños de mi esposa lo pasamos genial con muy buena atención todo el tiempo fue una cosa inolvidable las playas espectaculares la verdad me sentí muy cómodo nos vamos muy contentos y felices ❤️

Very friendly staff, we slept wonderfully well here. Only about 3 minutes walk to the beach. We were able to relax very well here in the pleasant peace and quiet. The daily sunsets were a dream and will remain unforgettable.

Albergo al centro di Dhangethi a due passi dalla spiaggia e dai vari localini. Il personale è molto gentile e sempre disponibile ad esaudire ogni richiesta (è possibile usufruire dei teli mare dell'hotel così come di attrezzature quali pinne e maschere senza extracosti). Avevamo il servizio di pensione completa. Pranzo e cena buoni con prodotti tipici Maldiviani. La colazione un po' scarna e con poca scelta. Inoltre, la camera era piccola con bagno molto stretto e con pochi prodotti forniti dall'hotel.

Avevamo prenotato l’hotel dopo aver letto le altre recensioni, consapevoli di cosa avremmo trovato e anche del contesto. Devo dire che posso confermare: l’hotel è la migliore sistemazione a Dhangethi. Sappiate però che non sono 4 stelle paragonabili alle nostre. Il personale è semplicemente fantastico, ringraziamo il cuoco e il cameriere sempre disponibili e sorridenti, e tutto lo staff gentilissimo. Ahmed in particolare è sempre pronto a gestire le richieste dei clienti. Abbiamo anche fatto una escursione con Amin che è stato bravissimo a farci fare snorkeling sulla barriera corallina. Diamo quattro stelle per due motivi: primo, perché la scelta dei menu dei pasti era discreta ma non enorme: 2 tipi di menu, uno di pollo e uno con pesce, e le colazioni con frutta, toast e poco altro (ma sono molto gentili, e a nostra richiesta ci facevano i pancakes e ci davano la cioccolata!). Inoltre devo dire che sull’isola stanno facendo tantissimi lavori edili, per cui si sentiva battere e fresare a tutte le ore, anche ai piani alti dell’hotel, dove è in costruzione una spa. Questo rendeva difficile riposare perché i lavori cominciavano alle sette di mattina: ci siamo lamentati e abbiamo ottenuto che i lavori iniziassero più tardi. Nel complesso comunque vale la pena pernottare qui. Alcune info sull’isola: essendo abitata, aspettatevi la voce che chiama alla preghiera 5 volte al giorno, ogni tre ore. Dopo un po’ ci si abitua. Ci si abitua anche al fatto che loro vanno a fare il bagno completamente vestiti, e a nessuno è permesso andare in giro a petto nudo o in bikini, tranne che nella apposita spiaggia bikini beach (che è bellissima e vale il viaggio). Inoltre costruiscono dappertutto case di cemento, lasciando sporcizia in giro e anche sulle spiagge. I maldiviani dovrebbero pretendere rispetto per una natura così spettacolare, ed essere i primi a tenere pulita l’isola! Nonostante ci sia sull’isola un importante centro di raccolta della plastica (il che è lodevole), ci sono intere zone che paiono una discarica. Ma sappiate che è così su tutte le isole, tranne forse nei resort.

From drinks: juice in the morning, water at lunch and in the evening (we took FB meals). We were pleasantly surprised when one day for dinner they brought us a large unusual fish with red fins) - it was very tasty). The hotel offers many excursions related to snorkeling (including the popular rays here - Mantas, which can reach 4 meters in width), as well as fishing, a sunset cruise, a romantic candlelit dinner, daytime rest at the Amaya Resort hotel, holding a wedding ceremony and others. The names of the excursions are in English, there are no guides from tour operators in the Maldives - only excursions from the hotel itself. But we did not take excursions, since most of them are related to snorkeling, and we are not very good swimmers). There were not many people staying at the hotel, perhaps because it is not the season and there may be rain. But during our 6 days on the island, it rained only 2 times and quickly ended. The hotel staff speaks English or translates into your language using a translator on your phone. Near the hotel there is a public beach, where swimming and sunbathing are allowed only in T-shirts and shorts, and a bikini beach - where you can swim and sunbathe in bathing suits. The currency was changed to local rufiyaa at the airport upon arrival, but both excursions and payments in local stores can be made in rufiyaa or dollars. Local women and men travel around the island on mopeds. We got to the island from Male airport by speedboat in 2 hours. On Dhangethi island we saw a lot of interesting creatures: a lot of fish on the pier, including needlefish (long body with a long nose), stingray, reef shark (most shark species in the Maldives are safe for humans) and many others, as well as a macaw parrot flying freely around the island, flying foxes, a stork, small white crabs (merging with the white sand), as well as larger crabs, gray in color with spots), which crawled out only after sunset, small gecko lizards, a black rabbit, most of the shells on the beach are alive - crustaceans live in them). The water in the Indian Ocean is transparent light green), but sometimes there was seaweed floating. The sand is white and never warms up, as it consists of crushed corals. There is a mosque on the island, the singing from which is carried throughout the island by loudspeakers installed on the heights of the mosque). We were pleased with our vacation on Dhangethi Island and the service at the hotel! We saw a lot of unusual and interesting things))).
