The front desk staff were incredibly rude at check-in; a female staff member didn't say a word, and after I finished, I was told to get my key card myself. I tolerated that; I didn't even intend to give a bad review. The room window wouldn't close properly, and the card slot wouldn't hold—I tolerated that too. I forgot my face wash, and they told me we didn't have it. I'm a Ctrip Diamond member; do you think I'm trying to extort money from you by checking for a face wash? Ctrip should check themselves."

"This Fengdu Hotel! Its location is super convenient for visiting Sanxingdui; it's just a 10-minute drive to the museum. The decor is very unique, exuding a rich Sanxingdui cultural atmosphere. The room was clean and tidy, and the smart home system worked flawlessly. The mattress was incredibly comfortable. The staff were warm and attentive, and check-in was very quick. Overall, the value for money is excellent. It's a perfect place to stay and rest after exploring Sanxingdui. I'll definitely choose it again on my next visit."
