"Very satisfied with my stay. Will stay here again when I go to Deyang. Excellent services and facilities, with very professional and friendly staff. Excellent location to allow one to joggle along a river or to walk around the city center. Easy taxi/Didi access. Room services are better than expected, with surprising daily freebies such as fresh fruit, cookies, and freshly squeezed fruit juices. Help desk is very prompt in providing what I requested. Buffet breakfast offers top-notch variety of ready-made Chinese and Western style choices or customer-ordered hot noodles. Just a minor suggestion: this is more a customers' behavior problem (can't believe those guests at a 5-star hotel). Currently, when there is a crowd at the front desk to check out, it is the braver with longer hands that get faster services. I suggest either post a clear sign to ask people to keep in line or have a manager to maintain some kind of an order (no need to be military type:-). This is just to be fair to those who are waiting patiently. And better order may also help promote a better hotel reputation. But I understand bad habits die hard, no matter what you do."

"This hotel is very close to the Sichuan Judicial Police Academy, just a 5-minute walk away. The hotel was clean and tidy, and the front desk lady was warm and thoughtful. When I heard that my nails were long and wanted to cut my nails, I sent me a new nail clipper. I was bitten by aphids in the park and my hand was swollen. Miss sister gave me wind oil to apply itching. The breakfast is rich and delicious, and the hotel also has a laundry room and a fitness room. The only downside is that there are fewer restaurants and pharmacies downstairs to eat, and you need to walk across the road to another street more than 300 meters away to eat."

"The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful from the front desk, enquiry desk and restaurant staff to the operator. Special thanks to Ms Jiang Li, she helps us a lot and make our stay enjoyable. The room is clean and spacious, bed comfortable and variety of fruits over 3 nights. We feel the warmth when we return to our room every night. Breakfast selection was great. Overall, it was a pleasant experience!"

The bathroom is separated into wet and dry areas. It is recommended to add hooks in the bathroom to make it easier to hang clothes and towels. "The hotel is considered one of the better hotels in Deyang. It is located on the riverside of the hotel, which is more convenient. The reservation was not for a new building. When I first entered the hotel, I thought I had made a mistake. I should live in the oldest building of the hotel. The hotel's service is indeed good, and the front desk staff are also very enthusiastic. The service in the room is also good. When checking in, there is a glass of warm water in the room, which is very heartwarming. The only drawback is that the facilities are relatively old, so the bathroom is very small, and the location of the toilet is unreasonable, which makes it very inconvenient."

"It was my first time in Deyang, and I blindly chose a hotel with a reasonable price. The pictures on the Internet looked average, but the front desk service was very enthusiastic after arriving at the hotel. The short-haired lobby manager saw that we brought children and took the initiative to tell us to send more toothbrushes and children's slippers. The feeling of fatigue disappeared instantly, which was very heartwarming. The hotel breakfast was also unexpectedly rich in variety. I must choose it next time I go! I also saw the sunrise in the morning, which was awesome"

"The room was just perfect for me, minimalist yet thoughtfully detailed. There was a wireless charging pad by the bed, eliminating the need to search for outlets. The curtains were electric, and when closed, the soundproofing was incredible. I had a wonderfully restful sleep. When I walked past the lobby this morning, the staff even asked if I could call a taxi. This subtle, thoughtful touch was truly heartwarming. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in the area!"
