Extended Stay America Suites - Destin - US 98 - Emerald Coast Pkwy

Great location off the highway so no highway or traffic noise. The mini suite was clean and comfortable, welcoming. Lovely double window to the trees and clean parking. There was a very cushy king side bed with doubled bedside tables and lamps. Atop the 3 drawer chest the tv was on a swivel base so I could choose to watch from relaxing in bed or from the couch and coffee table sitting area. There was als a vey nice full closet so helpful in storing items out of the way. The kitchenette was great with apartment size fridge, a two burner stove and a sink for cleaning up. There were also cabinets for storing away and out of your way supplies. Also helpful and convenient, a self serve laundry room just down the hall. For morning there was fresh hot coffee, muffins, oatmeal or grits. t the desk, Delana, manager, Jen and Sheila were available for help and amenities. Miss Carolyn and all the housekeeping staff work hard to keep everything fresh, as well as Deon, on maintenance. The property is very convenient to several beach access parks, as well as shopping such as the Outlet Stores, Grand Boulevard and The Commons. For your grocery items, Publix, Fresh Markey, and Whole Foods are a very quick ride away. With the convenience of being between Destin and Sandestin, the property is near Numerous fun and entertaining restaurants and entertainment venues. A very smart choice all in all.

Very clean, convenient in a quiet location. Nice kitchen with full size fridge, stove and microwave and sink. Laundry room available. Well lighted parking lot, free parking. Pets allowed. Staff is available for questions and for switching out towels, etc.

Very clean comfortable room with convenient amenities, pool, laundry room, vending and ice machine. Close to golf, beaches and great restaurants. The staff was cordial and always helpful. Thank you Lisa and Delana. There is also ample free parking with two large lighted lots available.

I recently stayed here, I would say the rates are pretty fair considering the amenities. I ended up being in a rush, leaving some small things behind. I thought I wasn’t going to get the back. I spoke to Delana, and she was immediately on top of the situation. I don’t think I’ve ever gotten much help from hotel staff. Delana is awesome.

Dont stay at this property. First and last time staying there, very sad. EVery 14 days housekeeping per one of the managers, she apologized and said that it was a corporate mandate. Place was extremely dirty, the rooms, mildew in the bathrooms, dirty carpets as soon as you walk into the property, greasy dishes were given to us. Did reached out to corporate about our concern and they decided to do nothing about it. Management did not care, all the way to corporate. Sent pictures, reached out twice to corporate and they said that they resolved it. Had to check out early, could not stand the filth and how they manipulate the rates. This is how they treat guests in such a beautiful town.

Great staff. Enjoyed the pool area, the free breakfast and the convenient onsite laundry room! Also, great location! And the kitchen in suite was great for late night snack prep. Extra towels and toiletries were available upon request. Quiet property.

My family checked in late to be able to hold us over to get into our beach house for vacation. Our room smelled of smoke when there is a sign on the doors saying NO SMOKING. Sand was all over the floor of the room. I do understand it is Florida and hard to get sand out but I’m not sure cleaning tried very hard. Sand was in the bed sheets along with black hairs. My family is all blonde so obviously not us. We were hoping to have the kids swim the next day and the pool was closed. It was disgusting looking too! Very unhappy with my stay. Spent $218 and we were there for less than 12 hours!

Manager Delena was amazing! Heads up service and on point with everything we could’ve asked for! Very friendly and managed staff as well. and loved the breakfast as well. The beast out of all the extended stays on the gulf. This is 1 can’t ask for more

The manager Delaney was awesome and also the staff here was amazing and her assistant Sheila was a great help whenever we needed things the dryer actually took my coins and they dried it themselves for me great experience I recommend this place!!
