Great comfy beds and pillows . Super clean rooms . Decent balcony on 3 rd floor with lake views. Friendly helpful staff especially Silvia . Nice spa area with sauna and steam . Walk to town about 10/15 mins so quiet area up a small hill . Breakfast fresh smoothy machine a bonus with veggies and fruit provided. Overall we were very pleased.

Although the first impressions of this hotel may leave you wanting more, by the time we left we’d had a wonderful time after being well looked after by a small collection of lovely members of staff, ranging from the informative receptionists to the attentive ‘breakfast crew’, the barman and the maids. Positioned about A 10 minute walk into town, it is away from the hustle and bustle and a lake view room is a must…3rd floor is ideal. The breakfast options cater for all, including fresh omelettes and a smoothie maker if you’re brave enough to have a go, and the croissants are to die for! Free use of the spa is a bonus ( book it to avoid disappointment). The hotel is great value for money in a town where options are not cheap. Nearest mini-mart is en route in to town on right hand side just before the pedalos! We did a day trip to Verona, via the train ( station is a 25 minute walk away ) and also a coach trip to Venice (2.5 hours on the coach each way-but well worth it with a tour guide who looks after you). A couple of boat trips to Sirmione ( €6 return) and Garda ( bit more expensive on the rapido service) but nice to break up the day. Plenty of restaurants in town to eat at and we kept each visit below €50 with 2 main meals, a carafe of wine, a bottle of water and the cover charge. If you do choose here…. Enjoy!

The room was very nice and had a balcony overlooking the lake. Staff were very kind and helpful. Extra towels was greatly appreciated. Television worked well, though no English language stations. Only concern is that the pool water was very cold. The lake water was much warmer and very comfortable.

A perfect place for quiet rest, but also within walking distance from interesting monuments and flourishing nightlife of Descenzano. Very helpful and kind personnel. Totally clean place including the swimming pool. Good copious breakfasts with a wide choice of food, both for carnivores and vegetarians

We loved this hotel the staff were so friendly and helpful. We would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to visit Desenzano. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. There was plenty of choice of good food for breakfast. For those without a car the road up to the hotel was short but a bit steep for walking up but one soon got used to it.
