The establishment may be old, but it is one of the best chillaxing spot to wind down and let go.
Cute splash park, fun filled activities for whole range of humans to enjoy, a private beach to chill at.

We took 4D 3N stay at Lotus Desaru with my mini family, but not a good start. First we didn't know that we needed to take queue number from the counter to Check in, and our room was really far from the hotel lobby and we needed to walk around 7 mins to reach our place. Though it's 2 storey hotel, abit rundown and old. The fridge got 'weird' smell and the showerhead got a crack which they didn't check properly.
Shuttle service didn't run on a fix schedule and you have to call them up if you need assistance with your luggage. We made enquiries twice if there is taxi service to go outside from the hotel but the service staff said they will check and get back to us. They never did.

Don’t expect much from the complimentary tickets to the waterpark, the facilities are good for kids and family. Adult can just spend like 30 mins there is enough. Luckily we have a very sunny weather to play at the park.
The breakfast option was little but the food taste at local standard. A lot of small carnival games are available to kill our evening time.
The peacock and swans are something unexpected beautiful to look closely at there.

Is a very good size for family. facilities is good. Just outside building look old. parking adequate. self drive will be better to go anywhere.
