Overall the resort looks old from its exterior. But interior wise it's pretty clean and spacious. Our unit is experiencing the door knot issue for the balcony door and we have to wait half an hour for the maintenance guy to come over and to fix it accordingly. Setting aside, everything is ok.

My family have booked 3 type of rooms, which is deluxe, standard family & junior suite. Yet junior suite we got seen lacked of maintenance, obviously se cracks on cupboards… then so unlucky the ceiling of this room has a hole & drop the water down, we requested to change room, but they can’t do it for us as said all are fully occupied…. Really made our sleep not easy.

Very poorly maintained hotel. On arrival, out of 2 lifts, only one lift is functioning & another is totally not operating. Next day, both lifts are down & we had to walk up & down using stairs to our room.
Also, there was 2 to 3 hours of no water & totally no notice or explanation given.
Only plus point is the clean bed sheets.
Hotel has damp smell all over the place & the walk way along the room corridor looks never been cleaned or up-kept. Plants looked dried up evidencing is not watered.
For the price charged, it is totally unacceptable & i wouldn’t recommend this hotel or come back if they do not do something to make it better.

Reception staff was friendly, slight delay at check in, not a big problem but the room had no body wash and hairdryer. Took housekeeping an entire day to deliver these 2 items to the room which wasn't so pleasant.

The service is slow and the breakfast was not replenished until told. The bellboy is good.
