Baymont by Wyndham des Moines Airport

Clean, comfortable and friendly staff.

Perfect stay! The ladies at the front were super nice, complimentary water and coffee, beautiful pool and spa, and best shower and sleep i’ve ever had at a hotel. The breakfast was so good and the whole hotel was clean and professional! You won’t ever stay at a better Baymont. I was scared it was in the Airport, but it was a good 5-10 min away and i couldn’t even hear planes. You can tell the staff is very proud of their cleanliness and professionalism.

Was surprised most Whynham properties are not that great the Baymont was wonderful, clean so many amenities, pool, fitness, gameroom, sauna, little store. Very well kept property

Hotel was clean, staff was very friendly, rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. The breakfast was amazing and kept neat and tidy. There was a game room and a pool and even outdoor patio. Easy place to find and no noise outside so you can rest.

I stayed here for one night. The room, gym, breakfast area were all clean. The staff were all very professional. The young adults from the truck driving school were no issue at all, glad to see young people that want to get a career and do something honest with their lives.

Great stay, very affordable. Rooms were clean. Breakfast buffet was nice even had some GF cereal available. Would stay here again.

This Baymont is different than every other Baymont. You cannot judge this Baymont based on any others you have stayed at and you’ll never stay at one like this again. King suite was huge, bathroom was cleanest I’ve been in, price was beyond reasonable. Grounds & amenities aren’t found at most any other chain. Owners take pride in owning the hotel & it shows. A bit out of the way on west side but worth it. Hidden gem.

Older hotel but well maintained and clean. However, when I checked out, I left angry. The young blond girl, with the nose ring and black horn rimmed glasses, was wearing a necklace with a cross on it, and no visible name tag…this is to identify her only) at the front desk was rude and too busy to greet her customer with other than a curt, give me a moment let me finish what I’m doing. Practically snatched the room key from me. Wow. There are a lot of things in life we don’t have control over, but our behavior isn’t one of them. I did note the housekeeping employee was friendly and wished me a good morning. Maybe the desk clerk should be cleaning and the housekeeper working the front desk.
