I will never stay at this hotel again and possibly no other Four Points for that matter. I was turned off by the I don’t care, we have your money now attitudes when trying to resolve room issues. Members of the front desk staff was horrible. From my experience someone from corporate needs to do an inspection on the daily procedures here. 👎👎

This hotel was used as a homeless shelter and still smells Ike one. Multiple rooms and the odor was toxic. They would not allow for a refund. Stay away. Worse hotel I have ever stayed in.

Although it is not super close to the airport, the hotel is a good value. Clean rooms with good staff. Stayed closer on return stay over for more money and a much worse hotel. Overall, a good value. Their transportation van needs an upgrade-several seatbelts we’re not functional.

We had a very nice stay in a comfortable room at this Sheraton. It's much further from the airport than I had imagined, so it took us quite a while to get there after waiting for their shuttle to pick us up from the airport. The staff there was great though. Very helpful, especially when I found I had left a couple of items there in the safe. I called and right away they told me that they had found the items and would save them for me. When we got home, I called and Arnulfo (I think his name was) set it all up for me and sent them right away. We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel too, and it was good. The only downside with the experience was that it was further away than expected from both the airport and the cruise terminal where we had to go the next day. I'm grateful to the staff, in any case, because they were so accommodating.

The Four Points was clean and quite spacious. We picked it as it was more reasonably priced than some of the other hotels in the area. We were in a corner room and it had a good amount of room. The bed was comfortable, the room was very clean, and newer looking. The one downside was the highway noise. If you are a light sleeper do not get a room on the road facing side of the building. The staff were friendly and helpful.

I was looking for a hotel fairly close to the airport with a pool to spend a couple of nights after a cruise and before I flew on to Las Vegas. This is the second time I’ve stayed at a Sheraton hotel in the States and had the extraordinary experience of a hotel placing a hold on my CC equal to the amount of the stay and NOT releasing it as soon as the account has been settled. I vacated the hotel on July 7th and as of today, July 15th, my CC is still showing a pending charge in excess of $400 USD for a two night stay. No one at check in had the courtesy to explain that this outrageous amount would be held against my card and that it would take them more than a week to then release the said amount. As I said previously, this outrage has happened twice now in Sheraton hotels in the US. The lesson I have learned from this is NEVER to book said hotels again. Apart from that, this hotel is okay.
