As with most hotels in this area - you’ll have steep steps to climb along with your luggage. As a solo traveller, that was a little rough although the drivers were nice enough to help carry mine. Pics on ******* weren’t quite accurate - rooms are a little old and outdated but I suppose some could consider it to be quaint. The bathroom was not up to par. The shower/tub was leaking an excessive amount of water into the bathroom areas however , no one came out to fix it although I had mentioned early on. I had asked for a different room however , none were available. The staff were nice - so that was a plus. The area is safe - even the room , but as a first time traveler to Türkiye and Cappadocia - it took some time to adjust to this hotel.

Nice hotel, nice staff but beware booking a trip with them. They charged double 100$ for a 50$ trip that they refused to refund and blamed on a non existent tour operator. Very disappointed and spoiled our stay, never nice feeling you've been ripped off.
