步行5分鐘到德比火車站。房間和設施都很新、很乾凈，好像剛裝修過。房間、衞生間面積大，窗户可打開，乾淨舒適，除沒有冰箱外，其他設施齊全。wifi好。

Well located quiet environment but no reception staff to help customers check in and check out because reception is linked to bar.
Door lock wasn’t okay in my room which left my room half open for the whole day. Charging 5pounds per day for parking to customers is to me a bad idea

Key card wouldn't work to access room several times with a long queue of people at the reception with the same issue each time. TV didn't work in the room, nothing offered in compensation other than a bottle of water. No room service available. Overall impression of the hotel/room, had a cheap refurbishment lately that hasn't addressed marked walls and carpets in need of painting/renewal. Won't stay again.

Since changing from the Pentahotel this hotel has gone downhill significantly. The food is really bad now rubbery chicken served as korean bites and a rock solid burger, if you are staying here I would recommend going to Seven restaurant close by. Air con in room also didn’t work so was really hot and no fan provided in the room for lack of air con. I will probably opt to stay elsewhere on business here now. Staff were good and followed up on my food complaint and apologised / offered a drink from the bar which I declined but a nice gesture. I wouldn’t have been happy paying for the food I had.

Travelling to Derby for family wedding, hotel very good, very helpful staff especially Julie on Reception, Katie in restaurant and Lola the lady in housekeeping. As they were not very busy there was no problem with late check out which was brilliant as we had our 90year old father with us, and we didnt have to be at the wedding venue til 1.30. Hotel booked us adjoining accessibility room for him and the amenities were great. Breakfast was huge, so thanks to the chef as well !

Arrived late Saturday night and checked in easily, pleasant chap on reception explained all the facilities etc, reception area and corridors all nice and on arriving at the room noticed a rip in one of the chairs and a previous occupant had stuck a Notts forest on p--- sticker on one of the pictures which someone had tried to remove and given up, the following morning we went down for breakfast, quite a good selection of food but had run out of English tea and the coffee machine was not working the other one had run out of coffee beans, I gave up asking for the orange juice to be re-filled, we was in there about 40 minutes and the whole time there was a full sausage and scrambled egg on the floor, not great. felt sorry for the girl working in there as she was trying her best, certainly did not live up to expectations.
