入住體驗很不錯，出行前一天就接到酒店管家的電話，詢問這次出行的要求。酒店生態環境一流，天然的氧吧，青山綠水環抱，房間的景色絕絕子，公區很美。管家服務細緻周到，酒店活動非常多而且很有特色，帶孩子玩的很開心

A great stay experience. I received a call from the hotel housekeeper the day before the trip, asking about the requirements for this trip. The hotel has a first-class ecological environment, a natural oxygen bar, surrounded by green mountains and green waters, the view of the room is absolutely amazing, and the public area is super beautiful! The housekeeper service is meticulous and thoughtful, and responsive. The hotel has many activities and is very unique. We took our children to experience pottery making. Dina and Hary, two pottery teachers, patiently guided us and had a lot of fun with the children. Highly recommended! After checking out, we also visited Naked Valley. I will choose to stay again with my family in the future!

The stay was very satisfactory. There was a special car to send us. Every time I called the butler, he responded to my request. Every detail was great, and the photos were very good! The money was well spent. The scenery was great, and the activity also allowed us to make our own pizza, which gave us a different experience. There were also many activities, and we checked in at many celebrity wedding lawns.

裸心堡真的是不負盛名 早就聽説這邊很不錯 無論是環境、客房、活動、服務人員、管家、餐廳等等都超出我們預期！ 這裏要特地表揚一下我們的管家Cassie 我們週五晚上到的 她不單單幫我們提前安排好房間 也提供了很好的酒店須知及相關活動的訊息 每天主動跟我們提供各種訊息及有問必答 酒店裡的活動也非常棒 我們玩了射箭、松果、南瓜餅、陶瓷製作等 陶瓷製作的工作人員CeCe也是非常有耐心一直幫我們解釋及處理我們的mess 城堡裏的Nadia也是非常熱情的南非小姐姐 跟我們的寶寶有很好的互動 其他的工作人員都非常給力 房間也是乾淨有序 不愧是裸心堡 不愧盛名

到莫幹山必須去裸心堡，硬件設施尤其是娛樂設施非常齊全，飛鏢，桌球，SPA等。餐飲也不錯，堡裏的中餐廳和旁邊的裸心味西餐廳大家一定體驗一下，最主要的是風景，懸崖餐廳，堡上觀日出和崖景房都會讓你感到震撼。可以説裸心堡是莫幹山的最佳風景。
