kids friendly.
i got surprised because no more tootbrush, comb n another amenities.
it is ok for earth's good, but it should be subtitute with another save nature. not eliminate.

I'm not disappointed with this hotel❤️ because I've already become a subscriber when I go on vacation to Jogja❤️ I've stayed here 4 times and I never get bored, I always want to come back again 🥰

This is my 4th experience staying at this hotel, there are several new regulations implemented by the hotel. Not given a toothbrush with the reason of going green even though there is an environmentally friendly toothbrush for 5 stars is very strange, regular towels are provided at each pool replaced by room towels, there are several rides that used to be free but now they are paid, irons and kimonos are no longer provided

There are various water play facilities. It feels a little old. Breakfast is so-so. They charge extra for drinking water. Toothpaste and toothbrush cost extra. Shampoo cost extra. I don't want to go there again.

EastParc was excellent for our 8yr old he absolutely loved all the activities and the facilities are great. The activities are impeccably clean and the staff are excellent. Breakfast has a lot of options and again the staff are very helpful and lovely. The room was a good size with a large balcony. The only slight downside was the bathroom - it could do with a bit of an update but was functional overall. Check staff were also very helpful and friendly.
We were pleasantly surprised with how good this hotel staff was.
