The people and service were awesome. I didn't use the facilities, but they looked good. I didn't eat any food there. All and all it was a good experience.

We did not stay here (I gave the rating a five star just based on service). However, I spoke to Corey at the front desk at 3:00 a.m. from out of state and he was beyond helpful. My daughter is traveling across country and we had no idea where to stay. He worked with me to pull up maps, discuss which Marriott properties might be best for her truck and trailer, etc. He was honest and said their property was too far off her destination but he gave me options and was knowledgeable about the various area(s). Most importantly, he was patient with me and just tremendous.

Stapleton
Booked this hotel on Ctrip for 4 nights, mainly because I think the room size is relatively large, and it is more convenient to cook and eat by yourself. Our family of four has three names written on the order. On the day of check-in, I swiped the card to pre-authorize the room rate and deposit for 4 nights. The next day I found that my room rate was deducted for two nights. I thought they were charged separately every day. 4 nights room rate. Then I asked Ctrip to communicate. The hotel said that it only deducted my room rate for 4 nights and did not deduct other costs. I turned it over and over again and again, and it turned out that everyone who checked me in booked a room for everyone ... and said that The other two ordered it on another website. Well, the credit card I booked was new and the information was only used by Ctrip. Hotel conditions are actually okay, breakfast is good in a hotel in the United States, free parking, the place is more remote, but it does not matter if there is a car. But this management is also bad enough. Remind those who check in later, the order information booking person must not fill in more, otherwise prepare multiple room rates!
