I initially enjoyed my stay in the Queen suite when I needed a room for my bachelorette night festivities. In the rush to get out of the door in the morning I accidentally left my jewelry box. I understand the hotel is not liable for items that were stolen once left, but beware!! Once I retrieved my box the next day my most precious ring was STOLEN! The other items in my box were clearly messed with while they were seeing what all they wanted to take. I am very disappointed in the quality of the staff they choose to employee and hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else. Please be sure to use the safes and be wary of the housekeepers! I’m sure this is not the first time they have stolen items from guests.

A little better than other hotels is check out at 12 o'clock, the room is clean and quiet. No smell, breakfast is rich and special yogurt. The location is good, the parking space is sufficient, and the front desk service is very good. Praise.

The room is spacious and the hotel is in an excellent location. There are many restaurants around. The breakfast is also very rich. There are snacks and fast food available for purchase in the lobby. However, the only thing is that the hotel feels older and the air in the room is a bit stuffy and the ventilation is not very good.

Every time I stay at a Hilton property I am reminded why Marriott is my primary hotel choice. I have been trying very hard to make Hilton my secondary but so far the only Hiltons that don’t disappoint are Embassy suites. I stayed at this location due to proximity to my job site. Exteriors of the building is dated but well kept. You walk into a beautiful lobby. There were renovations happening during my stay so there were tarps around and in the elevators. Got to my room, nice well kept clean room . The negatives of the room were very low water pressure in shower and this property did not have a tv with streaming services. This may seem petty but most hotels have that now and it can be inconvenient to those of us who prefer that benefit. Especially since it’s getting harder and harder to use Roku or fire stick in hotels. Hotel negative and this is huge for business travelers.. there is no sound proofing insulation whatsoever. This was in my top 10 for noisy hotel rooms. Echoes from the hall were so loud you didn’t think you have a door. I am not saying don’t stay here. It’s a nice hotel but be prepared for noise and just regular cable TV.

I stayed here for four nights during a summer program at UNT. I booked because of the good reviews, and I'm glad I did! All areas of the hotel are new and clean. Every single staff person I met was kind and helpful. For example, I needed a charger for one of my electronic items. The young woman at the front desk gladly fished through the lost/found bin and found me two of what I needed! The breakfast is tasty and nicely presented. The location was a plus, too -- right next to a Starbucks, a BJ's Brewhouse, a Chuy's, and a great family-owned pizza place, Pizza Capri's (recommended!). Two improvements I'd suggest to accommodate a range of traveler tastes: Have some still firmer pillows and bar soap available on request. But I had a great stay. I hope to return!

My wife and I have stayed at this Bestwestern several times. We have always been able to get an early check in. The General Manager and staff have made us feel welcome with every visit. Rooms are very quite and clean. Breakfast is beyond what you would expect from a hotel. Will always utilize this hotel when traveling through. Definitely recommend to friends and family.
