We have stayed here many times but I read previous review I made i should not have stayed again it’s actually got worse if that’s possible When driving back from uk the hotel seemed to be ideal as from Bulgaria to yesiluzumlu is a little too far especially at night Oh how has the place changed not for the better either Went for dinner firstly no menu you have to use cube reader second there’s very little choice none of which I will eat the staff in the restaurant were useless so a trip to Aquacity a little down the road for food By now I’m dreading breakfast as I can imagine what’s coming The breakfast was dire as expected no meat choices only cheese which I don’t eat ever As I live in Turkiye I understand things are not as good as used to be but for a 5 star hotel one would expect better This will defo be the last time here

Camere spesso senza asciugamani, o solo quelli delle mani. Abbiamo tentato di cenare ma devo dire sia la cucina che i prodotti sono di pessima qualità, in pratica ho mangiato una piccola insalata, per concludere, per me totalmente sconsigliato.

Una hall molto moderna e accattivante, per il resto purtroppo bocciato. Ascensori scomodi in atrio senza luci, camere mal distribuite tra gli ospiti, prive all’interno di asciugamani e carta igienica che abbiamo dovuto procurarci successivamente. La sala da pranzo un ampio cubo senza finestre, con tovaglie e moquette sporche e tavoli non apparecchiati. Il buffet scarso (e ci riteniamo clienti senza molte pretese) mai trovato così nei vari hotel e persino ristoranti per turisti di passaggio. Purtroppo non merita assolutamente di essere frequentato.

La chambre était spacieuse et la literie confortable. A noter que nous avons pris le diner et le PDJ dans une immense salle (sans fenêtres) au RDC qui ne correspond pas aux photos présentes sur le site... cela est bien dommage car la prestation était très moyenne et semble inférieure à celle proposée habituellement aux clients de l'hôtel. Je suppose que c'est "la cantine" réservée aux clients faisant partie d'un groupe organisé. Première fois que je constate cela. Regrettable.

İş için gittiğimizde kaldık. Odalar, ortam ***et temiz, hizmet yeterli. Odaya yemek söyledim, başarılı buldum. Bence bu bölgede kalınabilir en iyi otel. Zaten iş için gittiğimiz kişilerin tavsiyesi ile gittik, iyi ki burayı seçmişiz.

We had two rooms. Front desk was very cooperative and friendly. They helped us and give the details for the city. In general we had no problem for our stay. Although we had dinner outside the hotel, the breakfast was open and very delicious. Recommendable.
