Motel 6 Denham Springs, La

This is the cleanest and nicest OYO on the Baton Rouge side of the river. However, if you know anything about the OYOs in Baton Rouge, you know that's not saying very much. The staff at this particular OYO are also far more pleasant than the rest of the OYOS. They actually bring you clean towels every single day and you don't have to harass them about it. There are a couple of thing about this hotel that are not my favorite. For example: They charge a refundable 50$ SECURITY DEPOSIT that has to be on a debit/credit card. There are absolutely NO EXCEPTIONS and the deposit CANNOT be transferred to a new reservation meaning: if you would like to stay another night, the room has to be paid by 11am or another $50 security deposit will be charged to your card. If you pay before 11am you simply extend the current reservation and no new deposit is required. This deposit may take UP TO 15 Business days to appear back on your card. That is, if they don't keep it for some nonsensical reason.

It was ok

Good location. Rooms have bare necessities. Could use some major remodeling. Broken door, exposed wiring, broken couch outside door that looked like homeless person used for sleeping. Not worth the $75.

This hotel had me leave and I need credit for the nights of Sept 23-26 because there were 8 people around my room and I complained so the hotel made me leave.

Lot of roches owner wants to change extra for every thing

Reserved a kig deluxe but no such room was available. Hotel wouldnt give refund or discount. Bed was like gramite. A number of people walking around. Was propositioned by someone staying there.
