I had the best experience with this hotel , check in was smooth and friendly , room was clean and comfortable , the pool was very nice !!! staff are extremely friendly and go above and beyond last year we did not get this service at another hotel so glad we choose this one and will from now on !

Beware of this crooked Hotel! I checked into two rooms, one with a bashed in wall with plaster everywhere and the other filthy dirty! Got charged 2x incid's. Hotel won't give a refund or return calls!

i am a truck driver i make frequent stops at this town and surrounding hotels , i have not had the pleasure of staying here i usually stay across the street but service has become an issue over there so i decided to stop here . I was not disappointed when i walked in the smell of clean hits you not to mention the smiling face you get at the check in , my room was cool and very comfortable i was shocked at how well service was here and i will be choosing to stay here from now on !! DONT JUDGE A BOOK BY ITS COVER !!

The hotel staff is amazing! And the hotel is in a great location There's several food options in the area they even gave us a coupon to a restaurant which was amazing! Also want to give a shout out to housekeeping they did an amazing job keeping our room clean.

Staff was amazing !!! room was clean and smelled clean , only thing was the toilet handle was broke but maitence guy came right up thank you veric !! . could of not asked for a better stay while we watched our team lsu . veric was awesome with helping with our tv and just great conversation all together should hire veric for front desk as well . thanks again mainstay !!

Friendly staff and clean room was not disappointed, loved the free coffee and muffins in the morning and lobby always smelled great . Also loved the Halloween decorations will definitely stay again .

Let me start off by saying the staff at the front desk, particularly Hanna and Cindy have the best attitudes ever ! so nice and friendly . When we checked in with our soft ball team we were greeted with fresh warm cookies, chocalate cupcakes and easter candy can you say wow !! Our rooms were very clean and smelled so inviting and fresh and lets not talk about the beds baby !! the best sleep i have had in a very long time in fact we ended up staying an extra night because we loved it here !
