This was one of the best Hotel experiences I have ever had! Also, this was one of the best food experiences I have ever had. The accomodation is situated near the mountain landscape and the nights are quiet and peaceful. I have gotten a great rest from the big city here. The hotel runs a restaurant in the first floor, which is quiet famous in the local area (for a good reason it is!). The dishes were amongst the best I have eaten in the country! You will enter the hotel through a tea and wineshop with a wonderful atmosphere.. The couple that runs the hotel is very kind, helpful and joyful. They gifted me tea and fruits for my further traveling and made me feel welcome during my stay. If I am ever back in Dengfeng, I will know where to go! Thank you for the great stay! :)

All in all we are quite satisfied with our short stay. We haven't used any of the hotel amenities like swimming pool or restaurant, so it's impossible to comment upon them. However, we'd like to say thank you to the stuff that is available any time. It turned out that one faucet didn't work properly and we only found it out at around 11 p.m. We called service number and the problem was solved within 10 minutes. One more pleasant thing is the pillow menu) The beds are generally very comfortable (unlike in many other Chinese hotels), but you still can choose an orthopedic pillow to your liking. That was very nice! Location is good (around 15 min to the mountain park entrance and to the bus station). Unfortunately, we are not very happy with the view. (It was a mountain view room). Yes, we saw a pagoda and the mountains, but also the construction site right below our windows. Workes started their day at around 7 a.m., which was clearly heard in our room. In addition, there's some soft music constantly playing in the corridor. Definitely not for those who are sensitive to extra sounds.

Checked in to the hotel and just happened to catch up with a large conference in the hotel. It was very lively. Although there were many people, the service attitude of the reception staff was still very good. The room was also very clean. I also chose this place after reading the reviews. Breakfast was delivered to the room on time, with pastries, coarse grains, eggs, porridge, soy milk, and hot and cold dishes, which was comfortable to eat. You can order dishes in the room for dinner. The delicious dishes are moderate in size, but the serving time is a bit slow (more than half an hour), so you need to place orders more in advance. The hotel has a very cultural atmosphere. There is a wall of bookshelves in the lobby, with all kinds of books: culture, history, prose, novels, law, psychology, etc. I am particularly interested in books introducing the world cultural heritage of Dengfeng; there are also local intangible cultural heritage specialties on display, black peanuts, millet vinegar, soybean paste, sesame maltose, etc., which can also be purchased; there is also a tea room in the corner, where you can taste tea and chat, and there are also brushes and rice paper for impromptu ink splashing. In short, it is a hotel with characteristics and cultural taste, and you can feel comfortable staying in it. There is a 5G signal tower outside the room where I live, and it is almost within reach of the balcony. I wonder if there is radiation? It makes people nervous. But I saw a pair of magpies on the top of the tower busy building nests every day, worry-free and happy to go back and forth. I envy them for not worrying about radiation and being uneasy, I hope not.

This place is very close to the entrance of the Taishi shan in the Song mountain area. The house is clean and is tastefully decorated. The owner is very helpful and a gracious host. He interacted with me well and showed his collection of antiques.He is a positive and energetic person. For hiking Taishi shan, this place is an ideal base. Shaolin temple is a bit away but one can easily access Shaolin temple by taxi. I stayed here for 2 nights and it was a wonderful experience. Please remember that this is a home-stay and not a hotel. This is an ideal place to explore Songshan mountain area. I highly recommend this place.

The concept is great. It's halfway up the mountain, right next to the music festival, and you can go and watch the show just a short stroll away. The duplex single room we stayed in was also very quiet and comfortable. Zero-pressure mattresses and pillows are particularly restful for a good night's sleep. The downside is that the restaurant is average. The buffet in the evening is 59/person, which is not expensive, but there is nothing to eat (except for the prawns). Then the vacation ended at nine o'clock and I couldn't get up at all. There is a battery car pick-up service and the attitude is very good
