I asked the room servise to be extra careful. A burnt pizza was delivered. My child was very hungry so he chose the non-burnt part to eat. The customer service staff never came and I couldn't get through on the phone. Until the staff came, they said that the pizza was eaten like this and couldn't be replaced. I heard him calling and the management said that the people in this room were Chinese and the restaurant management insisted on not refunding or exchanging the meal. Big discrimination.

The service is not satisfactory. They are generally polite to white people. Of course, it may be a language communication problem. The room facilities are outdated. I don't know what the joke is about putting a statue in the toilet? The lawn is okay, the beach is average and the sea water is not beautiful. Overall, it's pretty good. I didn't try the breakfast. The hamburger I ordered for lunch tasted good.

The hotel is lined up along the beach, so almost all of it has a sea view. The facilities are well maintained, the breakfast is quite rich, the staff is warm and thoughtful, and the experience exceeded expectations

It's the same as when I came here in 2018. The view of the pool is great, the restaurant is average, especially the bula bus, which used to be 1 yuan a day, but now it has become 11 yuan.

The room was clean and the environment was good. Our flight was very early on the last day and we didn't have time to eat breakfast. We contacted Ctrip and they finally handled it for us. We were quite satisfied. 👍

I had a disappointing experience relating to service. My room had no wifi upon check in. I made the staff aware of this straight away, yet nothing was done until mid-morning the next day after I insisted it be resolved. All up I had to visit reception 2 times and call reception 5 times before they finally sent someone for a rather quick fix. When I called reception (outside of check in/out hours) often there was no answer. Furthermore, I paid for an oceanview room with 2 single beds, at check in I confirmed this was what I booked and requested that the room was not overlooking the pool. All these requests were ignored, and I was given a pool room with 1 bed, with no explanation for why.
While the staff are friendly (most hospitality staff across Fiji are), for a "5" Star resort I found the service very lacking.

What’s an amazing day the environment was good. The staff were even better. We stayed in a one bedroom villa that had a shared plunge pool with a view of the ocean. The room had dishes, Utensils, cutlery all amenities, including microwave, refrigerator, pots, and pans, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. It’s only 30 minutes from the airport with two restaurants, very family, friendly, and Access to tours and the port. I will definitely stay again.

The family room we booked was very spacious, but the furniture was a little old. The environment was very good, and the scenery was great when walking along the beach. The restaurant was also delicious. The kids club was a little small, and there were not many things to play with.
