Etablissement sale à fuir les villa VIP sont hors de prix et lorsque nous avons activé le jacuzzi toute la saleté est sortie des buses encrassés nous avons demander à changer de villa et c'était pareil. Nous n'avions pas de pression d'eau froide, du coup imposible de se doucher sans se brûler. Nous avons mis plus d'une heure pour remplir le hamam. Tout était sale. Selon eux les femmes de ménages ne nettoie pas le hamam car ça prend trop de temps. De plus on devait nous rembourser mais ces voleurs on refusés et on encaissés une nuit alors que nous n'avions pas pu l'utiliser le hamam tellement des bouts de saletés flottait dedans. Ils nous ont demandés de retirer mes photos en me disant qu' il allaient nous rembouser et en fait il ne l'ont jamais fait

Very welcoming and helpful staff The facility feels like you stay in your own house with a private jacuzzi and thermal pool. The location is quite close the shopping center and is easy to reach. We really enjoyed staying and would definitely come here again.

Ailecek gidilecek güzel bir termal tesis. Çalışanlar ilgili, guleryuzlu Ulaşım kolay. İçeride küçük bir marketi var. Acil ihtiyaçlarınız için alışverişe uygun. Fakat yıllar geçmesine rağmen villa içindeki eşyaların yenilenmesi gerekiyor diye düşünüyorum. Yeni açılmış rakip firmalar ile aynı fiyatta olması biraz üzücü. En azından eski müşterilerine indirim uygulamalı.
