It was a decent hotel. I arrived late at night and the front entrance was a little dark and a bit non-descript. Check in was easy and the front desk receptionist was kind. I was disappointed to find out that the pool and hot tub weren't available and were under renovations. I didn't see anything posted on the website about that and honestly would have gone elsewhere had I known.
The room was fine. There was a big empty space where there could have been an armchair like most hotel rooms have. The bathroom needs a bit of work to be updated. It reminded me of a motel bathroom.
The breakfast was good. There wasn't much of a buffet. It was just a step up from a Continental breakfast, but it was tasty at least.
The location was good, right off the highway, and as a solo traveller I felt relatively safe. Overall I'd probably stay again since it was inexpensive as long as the pool and hot tub are functional. But probably only for a single night.

Only real complaint was the cold pool. Everything else was AMAZING!! I’ll be back. Staff was super helpful. Breakfast was one of the best at these chains.

My family and I really appreciated the care we received at Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, in Lansing, MI! We were welcomed, and treated kindly though it was late, and breakfast the next morning exceeded our expectations!

It’s definitely improved. I travel here a lot and always stay at this place. Last I was here was December, 23. Things weren’t so great. When I came this time!! Definitely great. Rooms cleaner it smelled good, sheets were fresh. Bathroom looked very presentable. It looked like someone actually cleaned it. I’m not sure if the cleaning staff changed but there’s been a HUGE Improvement I will definitely keep coming back. Also love the text message before throughout and after. Front desk staff were nice too. It’s been a very much more enjoyable stay this time. So great job and great improvement. I would definitely recommend.

We enjoyed our stay and loved having the jetted tub right in the room. The ac works great and we had one of the best nights sleep in the comfy bed!

HELL HOLE, DISGUSTING, FILTHY, SHOULD BE TORN DOWN, GET NEW MNGMT. They ignore calls from customers, ******* reps and their own corporate resolution team. Childish! Own your sh*t! I wouldn’t let my dogs stay here! Spiders, broken TV’s, blow dryers that don’t work, my room was left open by housekeeping for approximately four hours. I was traveling alone and came back to it being propped open by the Deadpool arm. I had cash, jewelry, and I was traveling alone. God knows who could’ve entered my room… I left a review on another platform and the GM contacted me to let me know that he would refund me, and for a month now, I have been chasing that refund between the hotel and *******. The only thing that needed to be done was for them to either answer an email that ******* sent, answer phone calls from their corporate, or answer a phone call from ******* and evidently that’s too difficult because ******* still has not been able to catch up with an employee at a hotel, whose doors are open 24 seven.

Thanks for everything .. comfortable beds, clean rooms, efficient and attentive staff. We had 2 rooms for 2 nights. Breakfast was hot and plentiful. Kids enjoyed pool. Refrigerator started making loud noise, maintenance came after hours within the hour and replaced it.
